As that March 3rd CBS article linked above states, I think the bill banning care and making it a felony to provide it has yet to pass the Alabama house, so it’s not law just yet, but it’s unfortunately looking likely to pass- the Alabama house has, meanwhile already passed a bill banning trans kids from sports teams. Horrifying shit.

Go back to the 60s, the 70s, the 80s, all the way to today, the rhetoric has just always been about protecting kids. I’m so fucking tired of it.
