I am desperate for you to know this was the best book I've ever read. It was such a real and honest experience of being a woman, Mary was so genuine and interesting, she never felt forced. It felt so well researched and intriguing. I kept having to put the book down to scream and growl and pant before I could bare to pick it back up. I was so invested. I couldn't look the book in the eye. I haven't cried like that in ages. I will probably never stop thinking about Mary and Maisie holding hands. You tore open my body, took out all my guts and bones one by one to expose my core before putting me back together and stitching me up. Nonbinary slay.
Oh my goodness, thank you so much!!! 🖤 This message made me cackle out loud on the train, LMAO. My condolences about your guts and bones hahaha, but that is an absolutely fabulous compliment that I'm probably going to have to pin to my little bulletin board of writing inspiration 😂 TYSM!! 🖤
(Ooh, and since you reminded me of Mary & Maisie holding hands, haha - here, have a doodle I made this morning while trying to find any excuse not to work :) )
RAHHHHHHHH
