SMTM4 Semi-Finals: Fear. Mino feat. Taeyang

This was my favourite performance from SMTM4. Respect to Mino, Zico and Poptime for writing and producing this track. Whatever negative comments people have about it is fine. A lion doesn’t concern himself with the opinion of sheep. 

The important thing is that it resonated with me and every time I listen to it, I always hear the hunger in his voice. I honestly think the SMTM4 result did him a favour. I hope he stays hungry. I think it makes him a better performer.

I just read the lyrics of  Victim + Cheers  by Mino.  Feels like SMTM4 was a show where they broke his most sincere thoughts into pieces and gave it to haters.  I’m not even talking about who won or lost, I’m talking about the whole thing called “Media”. I don’t think I would’ve been able to keep it up for so long.  I’m really proud to be a fan of him, and none of you can make me feel bad about it. All he wanted was to enjoy the thing he loved the most - rapping, and all the haters took that from him.

I feel like Mino just gave up for the final round. After putting so much effort on “Fear” he kept getting hate. He looked tired and depressed, like he didn’t want to win because people would say “ I told you so” , so he prefered to just let go. I feel like he just didn’t have the strenght to fight it anymore, and Zico was feeling the same. It’s sad that after entering with so much expectations, he had to see a sad ending. We might say he is the winner, but he really isn’t. Sadly, this is what he will see. I just wish he knew, that he might have lost the battle, but the war is still on, and there are great things ahead of him.  Thank you Mino, for showing me how to fight for my dreams. Love.

31 days Kdrama Challenge: Dramaaddict101 version

I didn’t really like the original challenge I found so I made this one, I will be completing this for August.  It’s combination of two kdrama challenges from tumblr plus some of my own ideas. I also came up with a rule just to make it little bit more interesting: you can only use a drama up to 3 times. This way we have more variety, hope you guys like it :)
