A low moan pulls from deep within your chest, filling the quiet that has enshrouded the room, echoing off the pallid walls of Dallas’ rented room above the bar.

Dallas’s eyes roll back, motions stopping momentarily as he seems to rely solely on his grip on your thighs to ground himself. A low whine pulls deep from somewhere in his chest, one that makes you freeze, a smirk slowly creeping onto your features.

“You like that?” You gasp, pulling again. The hiss you get in response is tacit, and you can’t help but laugh at the flush colouring his cheeks, sheer embarrassment washing over him. 

“Shut up.” He snaps suddenly, but it lacks any true conviction, instead coming out small and meek, something so unusual that it has a new wave of lust taking over you. 

“Mouthy…” You tut, pushing his head back down between your thighs, bucking your hips just enough to muffle his protests. “Why don’t we put it to good use, hm?” 

He doesn’t fight back, not when you're still pulling on those platinum curls at the base of his skull. You feel him exhale against you, the sound half pure, unadulterated frustration, half surrender in the sweetest of ways. His nails scrape against the plush skin of your thighs, bruising in a way that makes you gasp, but he doesn’t stop. 

Each flick of his tongue grows sloppier, more desperate, and when your back arches off the mottled mattress, his name falling from your lips in a breathless mantra, he groans low and deep in his chest, sending a vibration through your core. Enough to send you stumbling over the edge.

Your fingers tighten in his hair, hips trembling as your breath stutters brokenly. Dallas stays where he is, mouth still working you through the final waves of your orgasm, drinking you up like you’re some kind of oasis in a desert. He licks lazily, head resting on your thigh, as if the effort of holding it up is too much. 

When you ease your grip, he grunts, something akin to a moan, but you would never accuse it of being—not with his ego and pride already bruised something mean.

“Still think I’m mouthy?” He rasps, and you smile faintly, brushing his tangled curls. 

“Yeah… But I’m not complaining.”

: ̗̀➛ a/n: i lowk cringed myself out during the writing process of this but i do love me some tooth-rotting fluff. i’m just very surprised this fic wasn’t inspired by a song. also, please send me some requests for fic prompts & recommend me some old movies to watch (especially matt dillon movies). & another thing, i wanna try writing for other characters from the outsiders & other matt dillon movies as well so i will be attempting that & please feel free to request any other characters.

i imagine dally was extremely extremely hesitant to express his true feelings for you but once he did, he expressed them in ways that were slightly unorthodox.

for example, when you first met dallas, he most likely immediately took a liking to you, whether that was due to your striking looks or fiery personality, he liked you nonetheless. it was a difficult thing for you to tell, however, because he still kept his guard up around you to uphold his tuff, greasy persona.

you first picked up that he actually had feelings for you one day when he was driving you from a short day trip in the country back to your house.

you were sitting in the passenger seat, looking out the window and humming along to whatever station was playing and dallas driving buck merrill’s t-bird, one hand on the wheel and the other half out the window with a burning cigarette in his hands.

he took a big inhale of the cigarette and blew it out the window. then he turned to you briefly and looked back at the road. you didn’t notice at first until he did it again while sitting at a red light, this time staring at you for a little while longer.

“uhh, can i help you? earth to dallas,” you waved your hand in front of his face, laughing as he blinked hard. dally cleared his throat and sat up straight, facing the road once again.

“i’m good,” he paused. “you, uh… you know i took you to the country today cause i like you, right?” he rubbed the back of his neck with one hand and continued to drive as the traffic light turned green.

your throat was so dry it almost hurt to swallow. your thighs began to almost tremble with nerves. surely, this had to be a joke. you heard of guys asking girls out as a prank and you always hoped that you would never fall victim. it seemed, in your mind, that today you finally did.

you turned your head to the left to face him. “what? what did you just say?” your eyes widened and you nervously played with a strand of your hair. dally readjusted himself in his seat again, a dead giveaway that he was uncomfortable.

“well, uh, i don’t usually go drivin’ outta tulsa and i’m not sure if you’ve noticed but i ain’t really friends with chicks,” dallas took a sip of the pepsi in his cup holder, briefly glancing towards you as he swallowed. “and i ain’t gonna deny that you’re one hell of a catch.”

“gee, thanks dal. i uhm, was under the impression you only were interested in sex affairs, y’know?” you spoke, looking down as you wiped your clammy hands on your navy blue miniskirt. you looked over to see his reaction to your words, to which your eyes were met with a puzzled look paired with a furrowed brow decorated dally’s face. dally shook his head and quickly glanced towards you.

“nah. well, it was. but it ain’t like that anymore. i guess. i mean,” you watched nervously as dallas stumbled over his words. you had never seen him so not nonchalant.

for a about a mile, the drive was silent. that was, until dally pulled into an empty lot. you turned your head to face him in confusion, wondering why he had randomly parked here.

dally turned his head to face you once the car was parked. then, he leaned over the center console to capture your lips in a delicate kiss that was still rough enough to have that “winston edge” to it. you smiled against his lips as you kissed him back, allowing his tongue to enter your mouth.

after a while, you pulled back to get some air. dally looked down at you and almost smiled as he tucked a few stray hairs behind your ear. you smiled back at him, your hands reaching to play with the hair at the nape of his neck.

you caught the glimmer of dallas’s unusually beautiful eyes in the glow of the moon and wished nothing more but for the moment to last forever. little did you know, he was thinking the same. he’d never tell you that though, or anyone for that matter.

personally, when i see a friend group or a family of some sort that really get along well & they’re overall very wholesome with each other & close, i feel a sort of longing feeling in my bones to just be apart of that.

i can’t help but admire dynamics like that whether it’s in fictional media such as movies or other fandoms or if i’m observing a friend group first hand at school for example.
