I have not been on my tumblr in a while, but I have still been working hard! I have been sticking with the no-stim supplement, a good diet, and light workouts. This is my before and after from January to July. No-stim has kept me on track and my diet has been on point. Getting in my workouts has been hard but its paying off.Â

Low-fat yogurt, please! Oh those cookies are low-fat? Perfect.” At other times in my life I would avoid things like nuts, avocados and olive oil because they were high in fat. Now I embrace them. Here are a few facts that have changed my attitude about fat.

Playing around with before and afters. I am about 4 months in. Started with limiting carbs and sugars. Then I got into a heavy Keto diet.
