Tell me my new candle holder isn’t giving Scrooge. I’m trying to sleep and these ghosts keep fucking with me!
It’s that time of year I guess.

Coming back to Tumblr years later and not remembering how things work

Hi allow me to reintroduce myself. I’m Matt.
Hi I’m back I guess!

“On May 9th, 2008, Florida Cunningham, her husband, and their two friends went to Fairhill Lake with the intent to enjoy a relaxing day under an unseasonably warm sun. Little did they know they were about to stumble upon a vicious murder at the hands of an unhinged man that would turn the day into a tragedy.”

Did y’all forget I wrote a scary little novella? Check it out here!
Watch my interview with DarkBetweenPages! I discuss my novella, and even hint at my current WIP.

I think the thing I miss the most about Tumblr isn’t so much the content but more so the days back when I used to use it. I joined this site barely 20 years old, back when I didn’t know a poem from a hole in the wall or how to write a paragraph worth reading. This site was an absolute escape for me whenever home got unbearable and whenever I didn’t know what to do with myself because of so many conflicting emotions. The site as a whole seems so juvenile to me because I used it while my mind, in its own early-20′s way, was still developing and figuring itself out. If this site ever shut down I’d be sad as it would mean all my history that I uploaded and shared and still to this day cherish would disappear with it. But regardless, there’ll always be a little place in my heart for whatever this site is.
