when botong tries calling a phone psychic for love advice

If Hoon had had any expectations for what the staring girl had to say- which he didn’t, because he was too surprised that she was staring in the first place to know what to expect next- he probably would not have expected a Tetris history lesson. Nor did he expect a scolding.
Luckily, she kept right on talking for a minute so he could regain his bearings. “Oh, uh, ninety-nine? I guess I’ve got some practicing to do then…” Realizing he’d been basically frozen in place the whole time she was talking, Hoon snapped out of it and set his phone on the table next to his coffee. “I’m Yeo Hoonmin, but everyone calls me Hoon,” he said, bowing his head slightly in greeting. “It’s, uh, nice to meet you.”
Having failed so spectacularly at Tetris was one thing, but to have failed with an audience was, well… really embarassing. He picked up his coffee just for something to do with his hands while he thought of what to say next.
"So are you like, a Tetris champion or something?" was what he settled on. What he actually wanted to ask was Why do you reach a speed of twenty-two at the seventy-eighth level, why don’t you reach it at level twenty-two?, but she’s stated it so matter-of-factly that he was sure asking that question was only liable to bring him more embarassment.
As soon as the boy introduced himself, Jieun gave him a small smile though didn't bother to say anything else-- giving the atmosphere a somewhat awkward touch. She pursed her lips and watched him pick his coffee up, still not bothering to say anything else at all. She was never good with conversations. Most people she had conversed with would usually just get up and leave for she always ended up making them feel more awkward than they already did.
But then Hoon broke the silence-- much to her astonished relief.
"A... A Tetris champion...?" She fluttered her auburn hues in thought before her face starts filling up with the shade of crimson, her common dozy-looking eyes widened a bit as she shakes her head. "Do I sound like a Tetris champion? Gosh, I'm not... I-I don't think I can... I d-doubt that..." She sighed, knowing that she was making herself look more foolish by stammering a lot. "I... I wish I could have that title but I don't think I can ever beat the 29-year-old loan coordinator from Redondo Beach, California who goes by the name of Jonas Neubauer." She muttered, sounding as though she was mostly talking to herself.
But after promptly reminding herself that she was in a conversation with someone, she immediately straightened her back. "Ah, he was crowned the first-ever Classic Tetris World Champion-- just in case you don't know. The Classic Tetris World Championship was organized by former Nintendo World Champion and Tetris expert who goes by the name of Robin Mihara. Not only did Jonas win a trophy, but he also won $1,000. The money isn't that much but-- I'm sorry but am I rambling?"
The Champion's Rival || IU and Kyuhyun ||
Kyuhyun had only recently gotten the memory of the sour defeat that he faced at the hands of a girl several years younger than him in Call of Duty. He had been playing COD at a tournament on a professional level and was so close to winning the title when the girl simply grabbed the victory from right under his nose. Kyuhyun had to admit though, her moves were good. Like really good, so he was okay with losing to her, but what rubbed him was that she refused to gloat.
Now, though, he played more and more Starcraft, determined to keep his title. All other games were on a back burner to Starcraft, but he still played them. Kyuhyun had been relaxing in a cafe, his focus on his game. His fingers moved rapidly along the keyboard, keeping all opponents away. Kyuhyun took a sip of his coffee that was next to him and kept playing. He could not afford to lose a single moment of concentration because once that was gone, he would be taken down.
He paused the game for a bit and stretched his shoulders, neck and body aching a bit. Kyuhyun looked around, analyzing everything around him with a steely gaze. All he hoped was that the girl who beat him three years ago wasn’t going here. That would be bad for Kyuhyun but good as well, since he’d actually have someone to talk strategy with.
Resuming the game of Starcraft that he had been playing all day, he noticed a new player and this didn’t please the young man at all.
"Greek Yogurt with Honey Parfait... Greek Yogurt with Honey Parfait..." The young girl softly whispered to herself as she made her way for the cafe, her thumbs hooked under the straps of her pink backpack and the hood of her dark blue jacket hanging over head, showing the pointed ears on the top and two pink markings on the front. She felt her stomach growl once more in hunger which only caused Jieun to quicken her pace, still repeating the lunch she was planning on having.
"Greek Yogurt with Honey Parfait... Greek Yogurt with Honey--" Upon stepping into her destination, the gamer's words were abruptly cut off once she saw a familiar figure seated nearby with his eyes utterly concentrated on the screen of his laptop. A displeased look composed his somewhat attractive facial lineaments but Jieun paid no heed in pondering what he was displeased about. However, she found herself taking a few steps closer to him-- ignoring the greetings of the staff. Her usual dozy half-lidded auburn hues focused on the tall boy once she reached his table, her lips slightly parted and her head somewhat tilted to one side.
She stared at him for a good thirty seconds, already receiving odd stares from the people around her. She couldn't blame them though. It was quite an odd scene for a girl to just suddenly approach some guy who was oblivious of her presence and just stare at him without a word. She knew him from somewhere. Maybe someone at the university? No, she couldn't really remember meeting him there.
"Do I..." She began, finally finding her voice. "...Do I know you from somewhere?"

The artist was almost surprised at the other’s response — Or rather, time taken to come up with a response. The moment Sehun had asked her a question, her eyes had glazed over as she stared into space, entranced in a world of her own, causing the boy to have a small internal panic. Was she alright? But then he realised; he himself wasn’t much better, his brain did function at a snail’s pace at times. Some people just took longer to contemplate things than normal people. He was delighted to have found someone else who apparently shared the same problem as he did, and would perhaps understand the embarrassment he went through at times.
Another potential friend, hopefully.
After what seemed to be a full half of a minute, Jieun finally said something, though not facing Sehun’s direction, causing the boy to peek at her curiously as she mumbled inaudible words to herself. She really was quite endearing. The female hadn’t even realised Sehun was staring at her the whole time, and once again successfully gave the taller one a small shock as she turned around with a small exclamation, eyes twinkling with anticipation and glee.
"Yes! Denta stick! I think denta stick is something you’d give your pet so they can bite it and destroy it but for a good cause because the denta stick is like the toothbrush of a pet."
A plastic packet of what seemed to be long, dark green, toothbrush-shaped sticks were pushed into Sehun’s hands, the dark haired boy reading the label with focused attention. They didn’t look exactly safe, in his opinion, because anything green was often associated with vegetables, and vegetables were never Sehun’s favourite thing to eat. And another fact which only worried the artist more was the fact that the packaging had a poorly drawn cartoon dog printed on it — No sign of a feline anywhere.
"Um.. Are you sure this is for cats?" He replied in a hesitant tone, almond eyes glancing up to the girl before looking back down at the item. It wasn’t the cheapest thing, and it came in large quantity — What if Karuna didn’t like it or it made her sick? Did he have to get rid of everything else too? "Have you given this to your cat before, Jieun-ah?"
He just said her name and in that moment, Jieun knew she could just die blissfully now. At least she finally knew that he knows her name and the way her name naturally rolled off his tongue got the gamer smiling dreamily at him, her mind far away from the question Sehun had just given her. 'My name sounds so pleasant in his voice.' She thought to herself in glee. 'Wouldn't it be nice if he calls me sweetheart or honey or--'
"Ah, sorry." As though taking in the realization that she had been staring, she stiffly faced the shelf-- her hands frantically arranging the items that didn't even need to be arranged. She tried to summon in her mind the question Sehun had just asked her but the expeditious rhythm of her heart was abstracting her too much to get her concentrating. At the corner of her eye, she could see her co-worker watching them with an entertained beam blooming over her lips and that was a dead giveaway for Jieun to know that she was making a fool of herself.
"You were... You were asking..." She muttered, still trying her best to remember what the boy just asked her. If her boss was around, he would have fired her by now.
"Ah... You were asking about my cat." She turned to face the boy again. Regardless of her cheeks heating up in humiliation, she still mustered up a soft friendly smile-- hoping her blush was scarcely perceptible to the boy before her. "I... I love cats but I don't have one... We have a dog though and we feed him denta sticks. If it's healthy for dogs, doesn't that mean that it's also safe for cats? They are both animals after all."
"You give cats dentabits, sweetie!" Her co-worker suddenly called out in which Jieun winced in return. "Denta sticks are for dogs!"
"R-Right...!" Promptly grabbing the pack from Sehun's hand, Jieun turned around to face the shelf again-- her face completely beet red in embarrassment. However, her turn was too swift that she haphazardly hit her hand over a bunch of items and compelled them to collapse down on the floor. "Ah, s-sorry...!" She quickly knelt down to pick them up before another item from the shelf decided to humiliate her more by falling on her head, getting the gamer to wince in surprise.

Luhan gives her a look of astonished befuddlement after hearing her assumption and he quickly shakes his head as a response. However, considering his slightly surprised look, he avoids the possibility of offending her and immediately jots something down on his notepad. In all honesty, he really wouldn’t mind going out on a date with this girl…
…if she’s not narcoleptic and blurts out random statements out of the blue. Again, she seems too much of a handful and Luhan wants nothing more than to not be associated with her. But her lack of knowledge of the basic things about the outside world has gotten him thinking otherwise. He hardly sees her surrounded by any of her peers so he could somehow understand why she’s not at all aware about what people their age do these days.
Once he’s done writing down his response, he holds out his notepad for the girl to read.--
"Just a friendly hang-out, Jieun-sshi. Dating you honestly sounds tempting but I doubt that I am worthy enough to ask you out. A person of your standards deserves someone better."
Thinking about his response now, he could just imagine how Shin would have reacted if he’s in his place right now.
Undoubtedly, his other self will immediately jump into an agreement that this is indeed a date and will most likely make advances towards the innocent gamer like he always does. Picturing himself doing such a thing causes the blond to cringe in shame. He just hopes none of his classmates has ever seen him committing such shamefully flirtatious acts.
"Not... worthy enough...?" Jieun looked up from the notepad and ahead of them, tapping her finger against her chin again in thought. Now what did he mean by that? She couldn't really tell who's worthy enough or not to date her, if she had to be honest. She could envision herself going on a date with Luhan so... that meant she predicated him worthy enough. But what was absolutely strangely deviating in his words was the whole insecure point of it. Why would Luhan think he's not up to her standards?
After a minute of hesitance, the gamer scratched her cheek and tilted her head to one side in candid curiosity. "Is it not the other way around, Luhan oppa?" She asked-- waiting for the car before them to pass by before crossing the road with the tall boy. "Not that I don't like myself but I think I'm the one who's not worthy enough to go out with someone like you. You wouldn't really get anything from me, to be honest. I can't cook, I'm too loud with my thoughts, I choose games over people, and my life revolves around sleeping, eating and playing games which proves that I won't be a good girlfriend."
Saying all of those words made Jieun realize just how much she had missed in her past younger years. She summoned into her mind how her classmates back in High School used to try and invite her to a bunch of social gatherings but Jieun consistently selected the decision to stay home and play her video games. 'I always told them that my mom wouldn't allow me to go out even though I never really asked her.' She thought glumly to herself.
A shade of crimson red crept up to her cheeks as she looked down, folding her hands together down at her lap. "Now that I think about it, it's no wonder no boy has ever asked me out." She muttered without even realizing it-- not at least one memory of a fanboy asking her out flashing in her mind. She always brushed them off and assumed that they were just being friendly.

Hoon hadn’t checked his email in over two hours. It had to be some kind of record.
It usually surprised people that Hoon wasn’t a gamer- considering how rarely he was away from his computer, most people assumed he was big into Star Craft or something, but the truth was he didn’t have the first clue how to play. He’d tried a few times, but it was too complicated and the learning curve too steep- he figured his energy was better spent elsewhere, on things he could actually accomplish.
Today, however- today was different. It’s not like he’d decided to suddenly become a Star Craft master or anything like that. He’d just stopped to watch a friend playing tetris on her phone between classes, and maybe casually tried to offer her some help (he was an engineering major, after all, and had an excellent understanding of spacial relations). He probably deserved it when she jabbed him in the chest with her phone and announced she wouldn’t listen to a word he said til he beat level 16, and then promptly stormed away to play in peace. He texted an apology, but she replied that he’d interrupted her game. Whoops.
He figured he’d wait a while before trying that apology again, heading over to the cafe with his computer in tow, done with school for the day but feeling too antsy to go home. While he waited in line for the after school rush to die down, Hoon remembered his friend’s challenge and downloaded the Tetris app to his phone, wondering if he really could beat her score.
Over two hours later, the answer was still a resounding no. He’d crashed through the first few levels with ease, struggled a bit to get to five, struggled a bit more to get to six, and stagnated. The feeling of being beaten by a game as simple as Tetris was almost as frustrating as having an owed apology hanging over his head, and it made Hoon all the more determined to beat at least this level.
His phone beeped in warning that the battery was about to die, and Hoon set the phone down to dig his USB charger out of his bag. When he looked up, he realized that at least three of the staff people were staring at something on his other side- he turned to see a girl seated at an empty table, wearing a distinctly irritated expression which was directed straight at Hoon.
"Can I- umm- help you with something?" he asked, not really sure what to do with the menacing glare of a stranger. His phone beeped again and he put it on the charger, waiting for an answer.
He still wasn't winning a single flipping stage! Jieun knew that she was beyond her limit from just marching over to his table, grabbing his phone and giving him the much needed lesson that could be considered beneficial in the future if necessary. However, she stayed glued on her seat-- her teeth gritting in frustration as her fingers tightened their grip on the edge of the table. Much to her astonishment though, the stranger stopped fiddling with his phone and his eyes met hers.
The gamer winced in surprise at his sudden acknowledgment of her presence and the first thought that came to her mind was to look away-- pretend that she wasn't glaring at him. But it was far too late for that. Instead, her glare came back into view as she impatiently stood up from her seat, nearly knocking the chair down. Paying no heed to the stares people were giving her, Jieun made her way towards the boy and sat down beside him-- her eye contact with him still in one piece.
"In case you don't know, Tetris has sold over forty million copies worldwide since it began in 1982. It was proudly created by a Russian computer engineer who went by the name of Alexey Pajitnov." She spoke, her voice sternly firm. "The game was released by Nintendo and profited greatly from it while the creator profited very little. Do you understand how upsetting that must have been to him? The least you could do is to at least get to the stage where the speeding stops at twenty-two."
"Tetris is a difficult game to beat for a number of scholars have been asking the question: Can Tetris be won? And the answer is no, you can't. But that doesn't mean you can't reach up to the speed of twenty-two which is the 78th level of the game and the game's counter stops at ninety-nine."
As though realizing what she was telling to a complete stranger, Jieun fluttered her eyes as her stern look switched to a flustered one. "Ah, sorry." She immediately apologized, her voice shifting back to its usual soft tone. "What a thing to say to a complete stranger when I haven't introduced myself. My name is Lee Jieun."

Sehun pretends to stare at the several objects on the wall. He believes he’s doing a convincing job — Though his eyes aren’t exactly focused on anything in front of him in particular. He’s constantly searching in his periphery vision for a glimpse of Jieun, and from what he can see(though not very clearly); She seems to have taken interest in him as well. Far more obviously than Sehun, perhaps. It was hard to not miss someone craning her neck.
It’s not much of a surprise when he finds her standing right next to him in a matter of what seems to be seconds, her soft melodious voice paired with a shy smile just inches away. The artist realises he’s never actually talked to her or seen her that up close, and it’s only now he realises how much of a height difference they have between each other.
The newfound knowledge is quite endearing to him, really. So endearing it takes all of his willpower not to ruffle Jieun’s hair out of pure adoration at how petite and cute the other is.
"A-Ah—… Hello there," he nods with a sheepish grin in the girl’s direction, before turning his attention back to the toys on sale. The male almost finds it hard to tear his gaze away from the student who looked especially attractive today. Sehun clears his throat once, twice, before speaking again. "I.. My cat has a lot of toys, actually. Too many." The corners of his lips curve downward and his eyebrows creased, an expression far too familiar and accquainted with Sehun. "But she never fails to destroy at least two every week, and I really don’t think it’s worth wasting so much money on something that I’m only going to see for less than a week. What do you suggest she’d like?"
Jieun ventured her best to keep herself from smiling too much-- not wanting to give away the actuality that she was thoroughly giddy for engaging in a dialogue exchange with Sehun. In contempt of their topic still being about the store's items, it was good enough to make the gamer's day. Even their height difference was perfect for a couple! Wouldn't it be cute if--
Realizing that her enthusiastic skittish thoughts were diverting her attention from the conversation, Jieun shook her head before switching her auburn hues at the shelf. "Well..." She began, her eyes fluttering in consolidation of effort at the items presented before them as her mind began to rile for a decent response which caused her to do the habit most people were annoyed about-- staring off for thirty seconds or more. She really didn't know what the boy's cat would like for she never had a cat herself but she did have a dog.
Do dogs and cats think alike?
'Daddy said dogs worship humans... and cats think humans should worship them... so I guess they don't think alike.' She pushed her bottom lip to a thoughtful pout, her head tilting to the side as she scanned the items. As though discerning that she had been just staring off, she winced ahead of looking back at the boy beside her. "Ah, sorry. I was thinking." She apologized in her common soft yet monotonous tone. "I... I suggest buying your kitty a denta stick." She fluttered her eyes again before looking away, thinking about what she just said. "A denta stick...? What's a denta stick again...?" She questioned which sounded like it was more directed to herself before her eyes brightened up in realization.
"Yes! Denta stick!" She smiled again at Sehun somewhat excitedly. "I think denta stick is something you'd give your pet so they can bite it and destroy it but for a good cause because the denta stick is like the toothbrush of a pet." With her bright smile still intact, the gamer reached for the small pack of denta sticks and handed it to the boy.

She’s staring again. I can’t believe this.
Luhan sighs in disbelief after seeing the girl stare up ahead of them, obviously trying to think of a decent response. Right, if he’s really going to spend the remaining hours of the day with her, he knows that he should get used to her quirks. He lets his hands fall to his sides as he waits for Jieun’s response; somehow growing impatient by the minute.
"I… want to see how… the supermarket works."
He instinctively looks at her just by hearing the sound of her voice, glad that she finally manages to find her words. However, her response continues to show just how weird she is. Luhan always considers himself pretty weird but seeing this girl vastly odd… that’s definitely saying something.
Where in the world did she get the idea that friends spend time hanging out at supermarkets? Luhan knows that he, himself, is not exactly the kind of person who would hang out with people but even he knows that a supermarket is the least place people would hang around at unless they’re with their families.
How the hell was she raised?
“And perhaps we can have dinner together? Does ice cream sound good… oppa?”
After hearing all these words, Luhan purses his lips in thought. Jieun sometimes sleeps in the hallway standing up. He just saw her sleeping on the park bench. She stares for a long moment before replying. She makes random nonsensical statements out of the blue. She’s never been to a supermarket before. And now she thinks ice cream can be served as dinner.
Wow, and just when he thought he’s the one who needs to go out more. He takes notice of the change of honorifics and he gives her a puzzled look. Now where did that come from? In spite of the fact that he’s still a bit hesitant about being her friend, being called ‘oppa’ for once sounds… or feels… nice.
He begins to write down on his notepad again before showing it to her.
"First of all, if you want to hang out with friends, you’d spend time at the cinemas, at the mall or just simply at the park. Not at the supermarket. Second, you shouldn’t replace proper dinner with ice cream. Look, how about I take you to the mall and I’ll treat you to a decent dinner?"
Jieun tilted her head and tapped her finger against her chin as her auburn eyes analyzed her classmate's penmanship. Oh, so people their age don't use the supermarket as a location for "chillaxing"-- as how one of her brothers would call it. Why not though? Supermarket is where you can buy loads of food and learn about each other's favorite snacks. Maybe they could even buy some certain ingredients and bake cupcakes together.
'That sounds more fun going to the mall.' Jieun thought to herself, upset. She fluttered her eyes a few times once she read the last words of her classmate's before she switched her auburn hues up at him-- her expression utterly impertinent and somewhat perplexed.
"You... want to buy me dinner?"
She cited her sister telling her about guys buying girls dinner. Those moments are often considered "dates" and judging by the number of guys that have taken her sister to dinner, she could tell that her sister greatly enjoys the attention. So that must be what people do on dates-- they eat dinner together.
That doesn't sound hard at all.
A soft smile then graced her glossed lips as she folded her hands behind her back. "So this is date, correct? You are taking me out on a date?" Based on what her older sister told her, it's always the guy who would open the idea of going out on a date with the girl which has always been a strange idea to the gamer. Why can't the girl ask the boy out too? Does it always have to be the other way around? What if the girl really likes the boy and wants to go on a date with him but she couldn't because she has to wait for him to ask her out?
How come the boy always have to be the one to make the advances-- to court the girl? Why can't it be the other way around? Jieun really wouldn't mind courting a boy she likes if she has the confidence.
Understanding humans can be really frustrating.

"Coffee?"
Jieun shook her head at the waiter's offer, her stern eyes concentrated on a peculiar boy who was seated just beside her table. Just a few minutes ago, when she walked up to the counter to purchase some baked goods for her breakfast tomorrow, she had noticed that this boy here was playing a game on his phone-- Galaxy Tetris HD. She didn't really like Tetris that much. In fact, she could casually consider it one of the most horribly laziest games but she still enjoys playing it nonetheless.
She enjoys any kind of video game, even if she thinks they're terrible, with the exception of dating sims, the only genre she is bad at. What stole her attention though was the fact that she had seen the boy lose thrice in a row. Who loses in Tetris? Really?
So for the past few minutes, Jieun had been wasting her time doing nothing but stare at the boy. She couldn't really see his game anymore but she was anticipating for any kind of reaction from him. A smile, probably. The kind of smile that would show that he actually won for once but as she waited, that smile never occurred.
"This is impossible. No one can be this bad at video games..." She thought to herself, frustration building up inside her. Some of the staff were already starting to notice her strange stare on the boy but Jieun paid no attention to them. She needed to know if he will manage to beat the game or not.

The male was dragging his feet to the pet shop today, his usual weekly trip he always made during the weekend to restock on food and replace all the stuff toys his cat had defaced over the week. Today, however, he was especially reluctant. The bed was just so comfortable and he wanted to sleep in, so, so badly, but obviously the spawn of Satan refused to let him, furiously rubbing her furry body all over him with loud meows to get Sehun out of bed. And Karuna was successful, which was the result of why a grumpy Sehun was bundled up like a burrito taking a bus a few streets down.
The things he does for this cat of his amazes him, sometimes.
He had his hands stuffed in his pockets and a scarf covering his mouth, his nose similar to that of Rudolph the reindeer, as he entered the place with a small jingle of the doorbell. The shop was already all decked out for Christmas — Sehun making a mental note to himself to get his Mother a present before returning to visit her. The warmth of the shop made him feel slightly better at least, though he was still grouchy and sleepy, and Sehun proceeded only by a few steps to be scared shitless by one of the employers at the cashier. She reminded him of one of those moles in a whack-a-mole game he often used to play at the arcade when he was younger.
"Good morning, Sehun-ssi! A-Ah— I mean, good afternoon."
The boy visibly jumped and turned to glare at her, though his gaze softened upon soon landing on the girl’s features.
Oh, it’s her.
Sehun gave a small smile and nod in return with feelings of annoyance subsided, before resuming to enter the shop, a happy feeling bubbling in his chest instead. He recognises that employee, of course. Jieun was her name, and she shared a couple of classes with Sehun, not to mention she was in the art club as well. Though half the time he notices her either dozing off or far too engrossed in her Nintendo to even look at him. He couldn’t deny he’s stolen more than a glance of her, but really, it was hard to when she was born with such gorgeous doll-like features, representing that of purity and innocence. And there’s also the fact she shares an uncanny resemblance to his favourite singer. Sehun swears to himself she’s IU’s twin sister separated at birth.
The artist heads off to the section for cat toys, eyes scanning over the various ensemble hung up on the walls. He chooses the cheapest from the array of Christmas themed toys, because there really wasn’t a point in buying something expensive that was going to be ripped apart in a few days. Although he holds the one he’s chosen, he refuses to leave the section — Mainly because he’s able to get a good view of the cashier counter from here without being seen.
Sehun is most definitely not being creepy.
Sehun was clearly not in a chipper mood and Jieun felt bad for surprising him like that. Even with the small smile that graced his lips, she couldn't help but think he only smiled at her for the sake of being polite. Perhaps she looked exceptionally enthusiastic about his arrival. Perhaps her enthusiasm bothered him. The gamer grinded her bottom lip between her teeth as she watched him walk off to the usual section-- hesitating whether or not she should approach and assist him.
He probably didn't need any assistance for he's basically been to the store almost every week. Jieun still couldn't distinguish why she would always feel animatedly thrilled at any moment when he's around. The last time she ever felt like this was back in High School and those feelings were directed to her ex-boyfriend. But looking at Sehun now, she was still skeptic about whether or not she likes him. He looked or behaved nothing like her former boyfriend and the feeling of giddiness overwhelming her whenever he's around always confuses the girl. She normally sees him dragging his pencil naturally against the pages of his sketchpad and his look of concentration always looked so... dreamily captivating to the girl which was odd for she hardly shows interest in anyone.
Does he even know her name? She couldn't really remember a single moment where they actually engaged in a conversation together back at the university. Their interactions mostly occur in the pet store and those interactions normally consist of the weather or the prices of certain items.
"Psst, Jieun." The gamer promptly switched her attention away from the boy and to her co-worker who was giving her a knowing look. "Get going! He's going to leave soon." The taller girl hissed urgently.
"R-Right." Jieun nodded as she swiftly handed her back the compact mirror before straightening her dress then making her way towards Sehun who appeared to be concentrating on the toys for cats. She noticed how he was already holding a toy in hand and yet was still looking through the wide variety of choices.
She cleared her throat softly to get his attention before mustering up a small smile. "Can't decide on what to buy?" She asked, folding her hands together behind her back. "Is your kitty not satisfied with one toy anymore?" Speaking of the feline, Jieun wondered what it looked like. She's very fond of cats but was never allowed to have one for one of her brothers is allergic to them.
