UPDATE: So i’ve been kind of absent the past few days and maybe it’s because i’m getting hella anxious / excited about starting school on tuesday !! i’m transferring from my last college ( 2 years there ) and i’m moving to a university to their film production program which is part of their contemporary arts school ( where i’ll have another 4 years s i gh but also !! ). anyway i don’t think i’ll be going on a huge hiatus because i’m only taking 4 courses ( since i got a shit ton – almost all required –  extracurricular credits done at my last college ) but i’m also not sure what kind of work load this change will bring me. so that being said, i’ll probably be slow with drafts, and of course, queue will stay with 1 post per day.

     ‘ we ARE against death and violence — however, a crocodile is all that it is, a predator. can’t strain nature’s course, we can only put it in the right direction. ’ she mentions with ease, containment of her own point of view. unfortunately, some were made to kill — a balance that comes with life. an itch on her skin that CRAWLS in her belly but she’ll make due. a look of disgust is present as she turns away to let the vampire go about his way of feeding. kind of interesting now that she sees the real deal rather than fictional depiction. the sounds of gush crinkle her button nose on its right side, shoulders hike up SLIGHTLY to rid of the shiver on her spine. her dark brow RAISES highly upon his offer, she couldn’t help but crack a smirk, 

            ‘ no, thanks. not very hungry, ’ flatly, she answers, bringing down her hood to unveil her shadowed mask. 

          ❛ have you had a talk with the BATMAN lately ?? i’m not so certain he shares the same sentiment. ❜ andrew could recall the way the vigilante had refused to “kill” the already DEAD VAMPIRES the first and last time they had met. perhaps now andrew should be thankful for that, seeing as he no longer wished for the destruction of his own kind. but feeling gratitude towards such a do-gooder -- past or present -- wasn’t something andrew could make himself feel all that much anymore. besides, that incident now served as a nice little memory of the way that the batman had once defied him. 

BLOOD dripped from his teeth down to his chin, which he made no effort to wipe away. a grin full of malice and SATISFACTION crept steadily back onto his features as he dropped the body carelessly to the pavement.

     “ it’s PERFECT, ain’t it? ”  an eyebrow arches at his perusal.  “ i’m not a big FAN of the goth thing. eggplant’s more my color. i think it gives the city a li’l somethin’ somethin’ as far as their terribly fashion choices. ”

          she stared at him in utter confusion for another moment before a nearby plant burst into FLAMES. eyes widened, the witch instinctively flinching away from the fire.   ❛ what the hell? ❜   she should’ve recognized the feeling SOONER — magic. but the way…it radiated off him was different from what she was used to. he wasn’t like any others she’d met before.   ❛ —— you couldn’t just TELL ME you’re a witch? you had to go set something on fire? ❜

          ❛ tuo, ❜ he whispered quietly. the flame was out the second his lips uttered the words, though his eyes never left hers. ❛ now why would i tell you that i’m a WITCH ?? i hadn’t planned on lying to you. ❜ a half lie-ish. he wasn’t all too sure how one wold classify himself at this point. there wasn’t really a clearly defined definition of what exactly he was.

     “ OF COURSE NOT. ”  her voice is as measured was if his response were perfectly obvious — not that it was entirely unexpected. in her home world, creatures of the night ( or as bram stoker informed her ) didn’t exist. there were other monsters, monsters with winged backs and sinister teeth who trampled over beautiful landscapes and dominated. he was a FASCINATION, really. how rude.  “ rare? would you prefer the WHOLE chicken? perhaps still clucking. ”

          ❛ afraid we’re not that much of a show stopper. once the sunlight reaches us we’re put into a weakened state -- in layman's terms, we’re practically human -- and now that i think of it, when i say “we” i guess i mean everyone but me. the so-called HELLBLAZER and his affiliates had something to do with that. strange but, i guess i can’t complain. anyway are you going to help prevent the amount of INNOCENT blood that will likely be spilled in this quaint little city or, are you going to ask me if i can read minds too ?? ❜
