When you are rebuilding something, please take it step by step. Look, if you had a routine that was really good for you or had things you did often that was, but you fell out of it, for whatever reason, you can build that up again. But you cannot just go from 1 to 100, you have to build it up again, slow and steady. Add the good things, one by one (or what ever amount that makes sense in the specific context), and then you will slowly feel the transformation.
Maybe you pick next week and decide to go outside more, maybe you want to go for walks, maybe you want to start doing creative stuff again or something else. And then when you get that thing done and have made a habit of that, try to add one more thing. You can make a list if you want, and then slowly add stuff from the list to your life, but start by having a simple focus point, I would suggest some of the more easy things, if you have a list. So instead of jumping right back in, you build it up over time. The point is not that it slipped away, the point is that it can be rebuild, but going from 1 to 100 is rarely realistic, so start small. You got this. 🌸
Do what you need to to recharge. Maybe you spend all evening playing video games or you nap or you go through a very specific routine or do something else that other people think is silly. It is all allowed. No guilt involved. Do your thing. It's not a waste of time.
