Since in standard Minecraft Piglins are scared of/avoid Zombiefied Piglins, was Iggy being really brave in that regard or was there a different reason Iggy routed past them?

She is being brave! But also-

She's had some experience with zombification. Not to mention she still hangs out with Glen, who often returned from the Overworld with slight growths so much so that there's a permanent one on their hand now.

So she's still afraid, but desensitized enough that she's not outright repulsed like everyone else. Glen had a similar experience themselves.

Raiders do not kill baby Villagers, in the AU and ingame. Some are too squeamish or feel pity, some just don't see any use out of it, some prefer they grow up first...

Piglins are not villagers, the Raiders aren't sure if they're just mutant or monster pigs or something more intelligent - but a kid is a kid and so there was some hesitancy from Paige.

Piglins see the Illagers similarly. They were surprised to see the Raiders have access to potions, cuz they didn't think the Illagers were intelligent enough.

I always think there's a period during the 5 year journey to Erid where Rocky had to learn how to touch Grace and I mean that in the most general, safety first, way possible. Even through the mesh, a wrong pinch of the claws could Shatter Grace's bones since Rocky comes from a double gravity and has no nerves on his carapace to gauge pressure with.

I imagine him practicing his gentle touch on a doll or a puppet he had made from frail materials because he needs a lot of finesse and motor control if he wants to come in contact with his favorite space oddity without tearing his skin off like the foil off a sandwitch.

Grace constantly covered in deep angry bruises because Rocky bumped into him too hard or reached to hold his hand too excitedly. Grace never telling Rocky because he was trying so hard to be controlled already.

Rocky deciding to keep himself as still as possible when Grace hugs him because a single wrong move could end up with Grace's delicate limbs under +300 kgs of solid mineral.

Physical touch being hard earned and the result of a surgeon's precision.

I actually want to thank the diabetics coming on this post like "actually it genuinely is a great treatment for diabetes and it hasn't affected my mood or my enjoyment of food. The real issue is it's getting abused as a weight loss drug which also makes it scarce and more expensive for those who can genuinely benefit from it." Kind of reminds me of the time my brother got permission from our family psychiatrist to try my ADHD medication and his reaction to it was "what the fuck are you on. WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU ON. Not to put too fine a point on it but Fat is a macronutrient. Like you need a lot more mass of it every day than all the vitamins combined. Like haha funny post but no really Fat is a nutrient yes your body is craving vitamin grease.
