I’d be lying if I said life has been PERFECT and WONDERFUL as of late but, I’m starting this thing where I’m being honest with myself and how I am/have been feeling! So I figure why not write about it! My mental health and physical health have both been SHIT And I’m learning to embrace it all with grace and pouring myself into things I LOVE!
