Second line of the First Ideal, ‘Strength before Weakness’.

This line I tend to overlook, which does it a bit of a disservice. It’s important to remember that not all - in fact most - strength is not physical. And it’s not being alright all the time or anything silly like that. It’s asking for help when you need it, helping others when you can, and continuing to live and be kind even when the world’s falling apart around you. Rather an important thing to remember given current circumstances, I think.
