Artist Photographs Geisha In Blackface To Address Changing State Of Race And Gender The historical information in the beginning of this article is wrong. Geishas are not kabuki actors. Kabuki plays are formed mainly by men. Geisha have always been women. Male geishas are taboo and were underground activities in "medieval"Japan. In other words illegal and very rare. Otherwise the photos are good and theme of the photos are good. The only problem of the production of the photos is that the photos don't pop out. Should not have used a black background, even I do this in my own artwork and it doesn't always pop out just like these photos.

This is hypocritical. So if a man makes nude art of women it's sexist however when a woman does it, it's ok, strong, power, and not exploited. If all things are to be equal between the genders, then all things are equal. If a male artist makes female nude art it should be ok. Because if a women makes male nude art, men don't call shame or foul. Equality is about being equal. If you can make it so can I and the same goes for you.

Who will be the next Bond after Daniel Craig? There are no actors that have played James Bond that looks like Bond yet they are all James Bond. Idris Elba as James Bond would be a good choose. Elba is British and a good actor and can do the stunts the roll demands. If your avid fan of the Bond movies you well notice that having Elba as Bond means a reboot and reimagining of the franchise. Casting him well brake the 50 years of fragmented continuity. All the actors playing Bond are all the same persons.There are subtle story facts in the movies that content each actor to one another. Blofeld the leader of Spector show up in Diamonds Are Forever. By the end of the movie it is presumed that Bond killed Blofeld. Blofeld resurface in His Majesty Secret Service which is one of the most important Bond movies. Bond is revealed to be a lord with the family credo "Worlds Not Enough", which later used as a movie title. Bond also gets married and Blofeld kills her at the end of the movie. Blofeld is finally killed in the being of For Your Eyes Only after Bond visit the grave of his wife. In License to Kill, Felix Leiter's wife asks why Bond is not married. Leiter tells his wife that James was married but she was killed. In the World's Not Enough, Bond meets Electra King who shares a similar background to Bond's dead wife Teresa Bond. Bond ends up killer Electra King because she is the evil mastermind. Every actor playing Bond is emotionally effected and connected to these facts with the exception of Daniel Craig who plays Bond before these events. What connects Daniel Craig to the other actors playing Bond is Skyfall. In Skyfall it is revealed that James Bond is not an alias or mental that MI6 gives to their top agents. Bond is James Bond and Lord Bond who lived and grew up at Skyfall. James Bond's father and mother are buried at Skyfall. Their other factors like Bond's friend Felix Leiter who shows up in several movies. But screen writer keep changeling Leiter background from CIA to FBI to DEA to CIA. Leiter besides being James Bond's best friend in the movies was never really all that important. Fans didn't fall in love with the creator. When Leiter shows up in Casino Royale and was played by Jeffery Wright didn't much matter. What Wright did do to the creator of Leiter was give him some cool factor, when he called Bond, Bother. Unfortunately Leiter is not that important to the emotional development of the James Bond movie creator which is what matters. Like I stated before if Idris Elba is casted as the next James Bond it means a reboot and reimagining of the Bond franchise. Can Elba play James Bond and have him emotionally connected to the other Bond, Yes. Unfortunately Elba being Bond without a reboot would mess up and already fragmented continuity. Start over with a clear slate is just the part of the movie business, look at the Batman movies. Tim Burton's Batman is not the Christopher Nolan's Batman.
'Legend Of Korra' Creators Confirm Korra and Asami Are A Couple That ends that debate. Personal I think they shouldn't have said anything. 1. It lets children question the idea of love. 2. Questions identity and society. 3. It adds another subtle element of Asian culture to the show. The creators killed that debate and the chance for children to expand both their cultural and social ideals. A open ended question would have been better.
