Fredik Backman, A Man Called Ove
I went back to Nick. Time after time, on my own, without Serena knowing. It wasn’t called for, there was no excuse. I did not do it for him but for myself entirely. I didn’t even think of it as giving myself to him, because what did I have to give? I did not feel munificent, but thankful, each time he would let me in. He didn’t have to.
Johnny & Winona, 90′s
all time favorite couple
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003)
This though! Excuse me while my 16 year old self makes a comeback with an emotional overload😭 😭 😭 ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Disney Aesthetic: Captain Jack Sparrow
This is the day you will always remember as the day you almost caught Captain Jack Sparrow
There are not enough words that I have gathered in my short but studied time upon this Earth that can properly express how incomparably perfect this scene is and I have made this gifset because I would like it known here and now that I want it firmly etched in glorious detail upon my tombstone. And underneath it, will read these words:
“They break the kiss. Jack looks at Elizabeth, knowledge of his fate already in his eyes. There is a ‘click.’ Jack looks into her eyes, desiring her all the more, knowing her true heart is the same as his. He says - with some admiration - ‘Pirate.’”
Alone time is so important.
Sometimes I think about the way we were and it makes me sick because it’s not you and I anymore. It’s you, and I. Separate, apart, distant. We were once apart of each other and now we’re strangers, back to square one. And I know things ended badly but I’d do it all again.
