With Hidan's abrupt exit for a new partner, Kakuzu, Udo finds herself navigating uncharted emotional waters. But when she lets loose her frustrations on Jin, we're treated to a rare spectacle: her utter lack of alcohol tolerance. It's a delight to see these kinds of different interpretations to what my fanon is about out there. After all, who knew a few drinks could turn Udo into the life of the party? Yet, thanks to the amazing YouAskedMeFirst2, a side-scenario unfolds! Udo and Hidan find themselves whisked away in opposite directions as Hidan secures his place among the Akatsuki. This was part of an art trade with Maskman08 back in 2012. I love the way they captured Hidan's zesty personality in this! Two Jashinists together? Hidan? An unruly partnership indeed! If only Udo knew what she was getting into!

Drawn by the awesome DavidPan back in 2012. He drew a beautiful chibi kind of scene sharing a little of Hidan an Udo's dynamic. In my headcanon, Hidan is gifted his weapon through his service in Jashinism.
