            He looked away. “I smell fine.”

            “You practically live in a garbage dump!” She sighed. “Look, I do love you the way you are, I just don't want you to get dirt and grease on my furniture or...” she twirled a lock of hair, “me.”

            One eye narrowing confused, he turned to her. “Why would it-”

            She looked at him with puppy eyes and puckered lips.

            He turned to the bath. “OK, fine.”

It’s almost Christmas, Grinch fandom! I’ve seen a whole lot of love for Grinch and Martha in comments this season, but not a lot of fics or art has come out of it. All I want for Christmas are some beautiful things to look at and read. There’s still time (even after Christmas)! Please, indulge me!

Y'all ever think about how people are always portraying the Grinch as this Christmas hating guy when at the end of the movie he learns to love Christmas? It really goes to show that people will only think of the negatives about you even after you outgrow them. It's real sad. I think we should start remembering the Grinch as he truly becomes, a kind hearted Christmas loving guy
