Managed to finally get ahold of a TV!

Now theres no limit to the media I can consume! (So long as said media is on VHS tape format, and I’m able to acquire it)

Fr tho, I’m super stoked about this project, and I have so many ideas for what to do next with it, and what I can create going forward.

Major Magic’s’!

Tried my first attempt at digitally air brushing, and I think it turned out pretty good 😊👍

If you’re wondering who the character is, this is Major Magic, from the classic animatronic pizza place; Major Magic’s’ all star pizza revue!

There’s no videos of the actual animatronics performing properly during their hay day, so I listened to the audio tapes all the way through, and I really enjoyed any tape where major magic himself was singing.

What was interesting was that the restaurant actually had THREE animatronic bands, being the country singin’ bears, the rock and roll rebellion, and the magical music machines. Major magic would stand on his own podium and introduce the bands, and would “talk” to guests and partygoers.

As far as I could tell, there were no official artworks of the character except for ONE image of him from the waist up, that they used in almost all advertisements. So I made my own of his whole character, and I hope it finds its audience out there😅

Just saw project Hail Mary, and bawled the entire movie. Not sure why I was so awestruck, but it was an absolutely phenomenal experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone on the fence about seeing it.

Very beautiful film, did an incredible job making you care about the characters.

Another art dump😅

Top left: an actual OC of mine!! Thomas blankley is a fictional character I made up as an artist challenge. Create an OC with a normal upbringing. NO TRAUMA 😂 so I made him an exhausted old businessman who is given the incredibly unique opportunity to follow along his younger self.

Top right: I had made a scale animatronic puppet of the one I wanted to make for real, but this smaller version I use for stopmotion animation

Bottom left: a sculpture of an Eyeless dog from lethal company. Very old lol

Bottom right: that’s actually me😅 in the photo I’m wearing a custom helmet that I put together for a full blown wasteland costume. The accessories and other bits of the costume are purely temporary, I’m just trying new things

EPISODE 2 finally finished!!

Took a little longer than I had hoped, but the video is like, twice as long.

This video is taken from the Rolfe and Earl show tape used in 1993 during the week of Concept Unification renovations, and was the very last appearance of any of Creative Engineering’s original characters, despite using an outside studio produced show tape and voice acting.

Rolfe and Earl (or any rockafire characters) never had any more tapes produced after this one, and I find it interesting that these two characters seem to act as heralds of their own destruction and mutilation.

Hey all! I wanted to just make it public that I am one of those people who start projects, gets super far along, and then stops before finishing.

I have a TON of unfinished projects that I could probably easily finish if I wanted to, or at least finish to a presentable degree.

So I want to hear some input! If there’s anything you’ve seen on my profile that catches your fancy, LET ME KNOW!!😭😭😂

I probably have something cool related to it, and I would be more than happy to share. I’m kinda tired of posting when I feel like, because I’m a lazy bum who feels like it’s never a good time to share my work. 😂

Some BTS of my animated short!

Top left: the entire short was filmed sideways! This was to ensure I could get the proper cropping with my current camera setup and software.

Top right: the uncle Klunk clips are all replacement animated, that means I redrew the head or mouth entirely to make the animation.

Bottom left: I was so disappointed when I found out I couldn’t show the entire shot of this part of the animation on account of the chosen aspect ratio. But the biggest reference that didn’t make the cut was the “Criminal” face from scrimpus mcgimpus VHS video on YouTube.

My newest animation!

It’s kind of a deep cut, but the audio is from the “Uncle Klunk Abomination” show tape by Creative Engineering for their animatronic character ‘uncle Klunk’ in the 80’s.

Yes, that’s the real audio.

Uncle Klunk was a (quite frankly horrifying) animatronic comedian who would sit in his chair and take phone calls while also cracking jokes.

In this audio, the person on the other side of the phone was never officially named or credited, and I was listening, I couldn’t imagine it to be anyone other than William Afton from Five Nights at Freddy’s.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!

Another year, and still no date for Valentine’s Day, but that’s alright😅

I have been jumping from project to project, and I recently rediscovered one of the puppets I made some time ago of an OC I still have yet to name!

She’s the love interest character of my OC (the Jeff robot pfp I have) who I also have yet to name.

The Jeff puppet is a LOT newer however, and the head includes a blue LED powered by a small lithium battery. I love redesigning my OC puppet, but in all honesty, I don’t think I’ll be able to top the personality and charm that really shines in his companion character’s puppet.

Won’t stop me from trying though, and you can expect another update to lil’Jeff soon
