Notebook of a Complex Individual #1: Milk to Cereal Ratio
Frequency is the measurement of vibration. Every moment is an opportunity to look into ourselves and reflect. Vibrations come in and out of misalignment as we process and tune the frequencies of our inner world.
That is my process in allowing while assessing my perception and what comes up for me. Noting what feels good and what doesn’t and getting curious about how I can transform these gifts into motion - into energy.
Some human energy collabs create a persistent spiral, some slow us down and show us the parts of ourselves that we’re not ready to see. And we can’t un-see them. An endless cycle of lessons & tests projecting us into our highest potential - so the quest goes.
Privileged Childhood concern: Milk to cereal ratio. Sometimes I get really tired of my adult responsibilities and I try and think about what kinds of things I was concerned about being good at as a little kid. Mastering milk to cereal ratio was a real win.
Insert a contemplative study of the daunting childhood task of preparing a snack in an adult kitchen.
Questions for the World: Do we capitalize the word World like we capitalize the word God?
Today I: Bypassed the Auto Correct Monster and took a second to learn how to spell opportunity - a word I always misspell. I also forget how to spell exercise & guaranteed.
Here me out: Typewriter auto-correct where you jump timelines until it’s spelled correctly.

A to Z Mantra #1 Gratitude Exercise.
Settle. Close your eyes. Slowly fill your lungs with warmth and compassion. Hold it in your heart. Feel the magic of all life that surrounds you. In stillness - listen for the hum of life energy that spins the planet and stretches the treetops up to the sky. You are surrounded with the warmth of all that is living. You are blessed with countless abilities that fill the world up with vitality and love.
As you relax your breath. Feel it skip over the beat of your heart. Allow it space to slow. With every subtle inhale and exhale - you are the push and pull of the tides.
Using the order of A to Z - and the pace of the tides - think to yourself or whisper that which fills you up with life. Alphabetically - beginning with the letter A. Repeat list as desired. Imogen says: Abilities. Brainwaves. Compassion. Dexterity. Empathy. Fate. Grinning. Happiness. Intimacy. Jumping. Kinetics. Love. Mobility. Nudging. Opposites. Patience. Quirkiness. Reaching. Standing. Talking. Understanding. Vitality. Wonder. X Youth. Zest.
Listen Love #1 Julien Baker.
“Emotionally haunting and melancholy. Intimate poetry of love and loss, self-paralysis and longing. Intensely raw. Poetic with a satisfying sense of loneliness and isolation.” - Imogen

I knew I was wasting my time Keep myself awake at night ‘Cause whenever I close my eyes I’m chasing your tail lights In the dark In the dark In the dark
I know you left hours ago I still haven’t moved yet I knew you were gone months ago But I can’t think of anyone else
I should have said something, something, something But I couldn’t find something to say So I just said nothing, nothing, nothing Sat and watched you drive away
And I just let the parking lot swallow me up Choking your tires, and kicking up dust Asking aloud why you’re leaving But the pavement won’t answer me
You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have the right to be here.
Max Ehrmann
Your gaze - in darkness ignites my soul.
It keeps my heart beating.
Don’t look away.
Today, I am older.
Stop.
Breathe.
