Winter is here… So lets have a cocktail!

Mixologists at Cocktail Chemistry created this awesome cocktail inspired by the title of George R.R. Martin’s series of Game of Thrones novels, A Song of Ice and Fire. A hollow sphere of ice containing liquor is placed in a martini glass. When high-proof rum in the bottom of the glass is ignited, the beautiful blue flame melts the bottom of the sphere, releasing the liquor and enabling the cocktail components to mix in the glass.
