Superman (2025)
Listen.
I'm glad we got a new Superman and a new movie.
But. I don't love the movie. And I love Superman.
There are a few things I have gripes with and I seem to be in the minority here.
Spoilers ahead!

I met my wife Jessica because of Twitter in 2010. It was a safe space to yell into the void, 140 characters at a time. Our circles mostly talked about our favorite tv shows & movies, and our favorite podcasts about those shows.
Our circles contained a lot of the same people, but not each other. That was until her group added me to their #Smallville rewatch chat on Skype. Where we would all sync up our DVD’s and Blu-ray’s of seasons 1-8 of our favorite Superman show, chat over 2-3 episodes per evening and stay up way too late.
This lead to a few of us going to Superman Celebration in Metropolis, IL that summer and we started dating that weekend.
If it hadn’t been for Twitter, we never would’ve met.
It’s a shame that the site is in the shape it’s in. I hope he tires of it and sells it to someone that can fix it, if it’s even worth fixing.
They can be a great people, Kal-El, they wish to be. They only lack the light to show the way.
Unpopular opinion: The Newsroom was a great show.
Imagine what they could do with the content from 2017-2022.
