2013 vs. 2017. 4 years, more muscle, better lighting and a glow up later. My weakest parts aesthetically. I still aint shit but what is crazy is I'm around 155 on the left and currently 160 on the right. Proper diet and workout execution. Back then I was engrossed and misled by the fitness industry but afyer years of learning and experimenting, now I'm doing the teaching. Haven't been on in ages but making a comeback. This is photos/gif from a few days ago. I was 180 pounds before Ramadan and me leaving to vacation. 8 weeks of just push ups and pull ups on anything I could grab in the blistering heat of Bangladesh and the other countries I visited. Going to post regularly again. Arm size is good, Chest develoent is the best and am sitting at 160 lbs with abs starting to become visible again. Still wide and much bigger tham before but the base is good to build upon. I will share the home workouts and gym routines with my diet plans as the blog goes along.

Intense AM shoulder workout. Gonna hit some pulling exercises later tonight. The gains and the strength are coming in great. Just hit a PR of 195 on the overhead press standing with strict form. Video will be up soon. My arms are finally starting to show some progress and overall my body is becoming more and more flexible. I'm glad I went through with the bulk. 180 lbs in all three images. The two on the left much more current. I'm on a bulk but just wanted to show everyone how the same weight can look so different at different body fat. It's important to adopt healthy habits and more important to be consistent. I went from the pic on the far right to 132 lbs and shredded. I may not be as shredded currently due to the bulk but the mass is real and it's important to stay focused. It doesn't come in a day or weeks but years if you really want it. Keep your goal in mind and keep going. The struggle only gets harder and the motivation strays. True strength comes from fighting, patience, persistence and confidence. Want to be shredded but don't want to diet? You can still have abs, invisible ones. Feeling tired? Don't. Does it hurt? Suck it up. You're still walking? Go harder. Need to make the back thicker. I'm back on a bulk currently weighing in around 167, going to try to bulk till 195 and then go on a slow cut. I just want to be massive. And even though I'm dirty bulking I watch and count everything that's going into my body. The strength and mass is coming in nice and quick. I'm trying to go super heavy and watch my form as much as possible.
