Somw days can be difficult, with lot of guilt when you can't take care of chores and battling against your brain; but you learn how to do better, how to break chores into little chores, how you sometimes you need a day off from work (without feeling guilty about it) and find little sparkles of joy that make you happy. And when you can't use properly your magnet board for organise your life, you can use it for decorating it with some of your favourite art ever and smile everytime you passing by.
