When it comes to anxiety, one thing people mention is decision making. When it comes to little things like where to have lunch etc. even something so small can really frazzle someone with anxiety. There may be nothing to go wrong with your choice, but it's still so hard to get past. Now when there is something bigger through your mind? Bloody chaos it is :/ Those can really throw a person off. Been dealing with those kinds of issues just like you guys.
