howdy 🤠 i’m back with another disaster that also happens to be a leader. introducing seo jiyoo, or more recently sungah of dandelion. i gave a little overview of her life and a few facts about her as jiyoo and as sungah. (once again, i’m trying my best to keep this short) feel free to message me to plot or leave a like and i’ll come to you!! i gotta finish some of her pages cause i procrastinated like the clown i am, but i’ll be around.

brief overview

- jiyoo grew up in seoul to pretty strict parents. tbh she wasn’t the ideal child they wanted but boy did she try her best to become that. adding onto that, she was the only child as well, which didn’t really help her as much as it should’ve. - she was very active growing up, participating in what every activities she could. she wanted to do everything and constantly learn enough to get good enough at it. - was scouted at a school festival, but her parents were against it. she went against their judgement for the first time in her life and went to the auditions anyway. - made it into yuseong entertainment at the age 12/13. trained there for four years with the members of etoile. she still had a lot to learn, so she didn’t get to debut. - auditioned for several other companies, but went to wishbone label after hearing how a member from ladybug went there. - her audition went horribly wrong but somehow made it into the company. trained for another 4 years before debuting in dandelion.

as sungah of dandelion

- to the public, so far she’s perceived to be like a cool, younger sister. also recognized for the potential she has to be a top vocalist in the future.  - she is more of a friend than a leader most of the time since she’s pretty laid back when - it comes to most things, but she also serious/strict when needed. - when it comes to dandelion, she cares a lot. she’s always making sure they present the best versions of themselves whenever they step out into the public eye.  ^ she won’t get upset about any mistakes, this just means she’ll be constantly fixing stray hairs and stage outfits and making sure everyone is on the same page. - loud. she’s unintentionally loud for some reason. heavy footsteps and a tendency to make whole bunch of noise regardless what she’s doing.  - funny? she’s pretty amusing to watch, but 9 times out of 10 her jokes aren’t funny. one of those people who aren’t intentionally funny. - loves talking and listening to other’s experiences. catch her engaging in conversations just for fun.  - tbh just wants to have fun and enjoy life while guiding dandelion to stardom.

as seo jiyoo

- does not have any interest in having more than what she is given. it comes from accepting the fact that she’d get the bare minimum.  - loves being surrounded by people and gets lonely easily. therefore she’s rarely by herself for long. - clings to anyone that shows her a fraction of attention. idk there’s something about not receiving enough attention as a child that plays a part in this. - not the best with comforting/giving compliments (unless it’s phoenix/dandelion), so try your best to not get her involved in any situations that may require it. - even though yuseong entertainment has managed to get rid of her as a trainee, she still lingers around to bother their artists. and by their artist she means anyone - holds grudges and is petty. pls she’s childish and gets upset over anything. most of the time she gets over it pretty quickly depending on what it is. - definitely is that one friend who doesn’t know how to shut or nor how to stop singing. - is she dumb or is she just shameless? once again idk, but you can be the judge of that by the interactions.

a few plot ideas idk i’m still trying here. probably will add more idk

- mc partner! jiyoo is currently a mc for music bank, so if anyone wants to join her, that’s open

- she’s talking and talking, and somehow roped you into joining her to go somewhere

- give me anyone in phoenix... i’m sorry she’s a hardcore ruby.

- actually, sorry to anyone who was in yuseong the same time as her. she probably lingers around them, especially those in etoile.

- anyone walking in on jiyoo... being jiyoo and questioning how she became the leader of dandelion

- she’s bad at dancing, so she asks for help... your muse agrees, but it wasn’t known she struggled that much.

- someone asks her for her ideal type, and she panics and says your muse’s name instead of her typical answer.

- you bring up heart attack to her, causing her to scream and run away. the next time you two meet, she’s embarrassed but doesn’t regret it at all.

- a best friend that is her platonic soulmate. pls she needs friends 🥺

- casual friends she made over the years as well!

“ then work it all off in the gym. it’s not as if enjoying food for one day would ruin your shape within a few hours.”  she snapped the chopsticks deftly with her fingers, silently offering jiyoo the other as she delved into the teokbokki, licking her lips. “want some?” she offered the bowl to the other, chewing on the food in her mouth. “ and what about phoenix now?” 

jiyoo was slightly startled by the opening of sia’s eyes. it wasn’t like she was expecting the other to already be awake. if this was any other time, she’d just start talking about whatever’s on her mind, but a lot has changed since the last time she came to yuseong and bothered sia. a little stricken with guilt, she lowered her hand from the other and also lowered her voice to accommodate the rapper. jiyoo was conflicted, stuck between hoping that the other would notice the change, but at the same time hoping the change wasn’t that drastic. 

“sorry, but this was the only time i could fit into my very busy schedule. you know, there’s a lot i missed out on when training since i never expected to be a leader.” maybe she felt a little incompetent at times, but jiyoo always tried her best to not let that show around others. “and i don’t know if it would’ve been a wise idea to just eat next to your sleeping body and then leave. that’s more weird than i actually am. would you even eat the food if i left it without indicating it was from me?” there’s still a lot jiyoo doesn’t know about the other, but at the same time there’s a lot about jiyoo that sia doesn’t know about. now that they’re older ( a 21 year old with a 25 year old compared to a 13 year old and a 17 year old ), jiyoo had hopes that they’d be able to get along on a deeper level than the surface level they’ve been at all of these years.

the pout returned to jiyoo’s face at the mention of exercise. it wasn’t that she was lazy, she just didn’t like sweating all that much. “i don’t really like working out, but i guess i’ll have to.” jiyoo was too conscious of her image to just allow herself to not be in her best condition whilst on stage. she could just abstain from eating with sia, but food was one of the things she couldn’t resist. at the end of that day, she was the one who bought it for the both of them to eat.

she smiled watching sia reach for the food. it was rewarding to see the older female eating. in some way, she felt appreciated. growing up, jiyoo never really had many friends and being an only child didn’t help either. receiving good reactions when she did deeds like this only filled her heart with joy. while some might not consider sia’s reaction as good, jiyoo knew the other well enough to know that this was positive. her small hands reached out to grab the chopsticks that were offered to her. “thanks.” she began picking at the tteokbokki, getting nervous from recalling her previous interaction. “oh, it was nothing much. i just happened to run into one of their members while i was looking for you. that’s it.” jiyoo quickly stuffed her mouth in order to buy her silence for the meantime.

𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐲 // with @wssia taking place sometime prior to dandelion’s comeback

it was always a headache looking for jueun whenever she decided to surprise her. there were limited places that jiyoo knew that sia would be, but the issue more-so relied on the timing. every single time, it was like sia was evading her, being in a different part of the building than jiyoo was and then meeting back up at the first place she checked. today was no different, having spent an usually long amount of time looking for the other. the fact the former yuseong trainee got distracted talking to someone did contribute to that, but it wasn’t that huge of a delay (the delay mostly came from her stop to get some food). as a last resort, she decided to try the practice rooms again. jiyoo pushed open the door and was startled from what she saw inside. 

a body in the middle of the floor, not moving an inch. the emotions the younger one was feeling were mixed. jiyoo could only sigh in annoyance at the location, but she was also amused since she knew sia was asleep. her careful, quiet steps carried her over to the body, and she sat down next to the older one. she mumbled her name, poking at her side hoping that she didn’t have to exert more energy to wake her up. “i searched through this cursed building and run into who knows how many people, even ended up talking to someone from phoenix, just for you to be laying on the floor in the middle of a training room.” a pout rests on jiyoo’s face as she was a slightly upset with the situation. “you even fell asleep. am i supposed to eat all of this food by myself? unnie, you’re going to get me in trouble with my company. i have a comeback to prepare for and i need to be in tip-top shape.”

Jaejoon nodded once in confirmation and smiled. Once she mentioned she’d already tried looking there then Jaejoon was lost. He couldn’t think of any other place that the members would be. Then again, he was clueless with a lot of things. ❛ Hmm.. Then I’m not sure where they might be. ❜ He rubbed the back of his neck. He wasn’t close with many idols outside of Phoenix or his brother’s group. He wished he could help her better but she honestly chose the wrong person to ask. ❛ I’m sorry I can’t be of more help but I have no idea. ❜

It wasn’t as if he had any plans for the day. Phoenix’s rehearsals had ended and he was just going to head back to the dorm. He needed to make more friends but most of his effort goes towards his brother. The girl looked nice and she seemed kind so Jae didn’t mind talking with her for a little longer. ❛ It’s nice to meet you. I’m No Jaejoon. ❜ He grinned brightly. Upon hearing she was a fan his face turned a little red. ❛ Oh, you are? Well, thank you for being our fan. We are, yes. Thank you for your support! ❜ He smiled brightly. He always enjoyed meeting fans, he just never expected to meet one inside the company. ❛ I hope our comeback does not disappoint. ❜

jiyoo was back at square one, but it honestly didn’t matter that much to her. she had nearly all of the time in the world today, and could sped a few more minutes than desired looking around the building once more. “it’s not a big deal really. some people just don’t want to be easily found i guess.” she nonchalantly finished along a shrug. maybe it was a sign to stop surprising the other due to the argument that randomly occurred last time. “thank you for trying though! you were more helpful than the last person i asked.” her lips were in a tight line as she remembered how she was sent back to the entrance.

“i truly don’t think phoenix can disappoint. the group releases music that i really enjoy.” it was rare for jiyoo to get embarrassed, which is why she did so well on variety most of the time, but talking about phoenix to one of its members was an exception to that. her ears were started to turn red, but luckily her hair was covering them for the most part. she suddenly remembered that she had randomly sparked up a conversation with jaejoon and could’ve been delaying him from something. as an idol herself, she knows that sometimes people are busier than they make themselves appear to be. “i hope i haven’t wasted too much of your time? i’m sorry about that if i did, but i figured i’d tell you before i possibly embarrass myself on music bank.”

Jaejoon was too curious for his own good at times. Often, his mind got the better of him and his thoughts were often drifting into useless and pointless things. Often, Jaejoon was so caught up in his pointless thoughts and imagination that he let his feet go anywhere. It was usually a surprise where he ended up.

Today was no different. He had long left the piloting of his body to his feet as his mind drifted to various things. He’d finished his rehearsal and was originally on his way to eat. He’s not sure why his mind decided to tap out at this exact moment but it had and he wasn’t even thinking about anything in particular. He was just daydreaming and thinking of random things.

When it comes to others, Jaejoon isn’t the most attentive. In fact, he’s often quite oblivious to most things. It’s not that he doesn’t pay attention because he does. It’s more that his mind often wanders and he forgets things. So if you were to ask him if he remembered something, chances are he’d pretend he did but be totally lost because he couldn’t actually remember. So when he was approached by someone, Jaejoon assumed she was a new trainee or staff member.

Jaejoon smiled brightly. ❛ I think some of them are but I’m not sure where. ❜ He’d passed them some time ago but as usual his mind went blank. ❛ Have you tried the rehearsal rooms? ❜

“rehearsal rooms...” it would’ve been a useful suggestion if one: she didn’t already check there when she first arrived and two: if this individual in particular actually liked moving. jiyoo swore the only times she saw her friend sia was when the other was laying down in somewhat of an attempt to sleep. “yeah, i already tried there. unfortunately we share close to nothing about our careers so I wouldn’t have a clue to where she may be located if she’s here today.” jiyoo tried thinking for a bit longer, but to no avail as she was back at where she started. maybe she’ll just send the other a text. “who knows where she is? i’ll run into her eventually.”

she’s already had her question answered, but she doesn’t know exactly how to end the conversation, leaving her in a weird spot. of course, she could just end it there, but a part of her was still starstruck, talking to someone she really didn’t expect to be talking to. jiyoo didn’t even look her best today, and all that made her regret choosing to talk to the phoenix member. she had already started the conversation and it wasn’t like she could reverse time. “oh, i forgot to introduce myself. i’m seo jiyoo. it’s nice to meet you. i heard phoenix is coming back soon? i’m actually a fan, so i’ll be supporting!” internally, she’s cringing but it was the calmest way she was going to go about this interaction.

she should really stop visiting her old company to surprise her old friends because she always got lost trying to find them. 

It wasn’t that she was unfamiliar with the building because that was far from the truth. she had once been under yuseong for four years and stopped by often enough that she hadn’t forgotten the layout. The issue is not knowing the location of the friend she was looking for each time. she often found herself going in circles and talking to strangers before she even had an idea where they could be.

currently, that was the case for jiyoo. there was too many people around her, and it’d be nearly impossible to find who she was looking for given her height. she stopped and looked around for anyone that could point her in the right directions. it seemed that the company was just filled with a bunch of extras that day as she had no clue who the people were, but her eyes landed on a very familiar person. no jaejoon, a member of phoenix. jiyoo had never met him before since she left before he signed with the company (except for the time she went to a phoenix fansign–god did she hope he didn’t remember her from that) but she could recognize him from miles away.

It took her a minute to calm herself, but she quickly made her way over after. She knew her friend didn’t have much interest in the group, but maybe he had spotted her? “hey, do you happen to know if any of the members from etoile are in today? i was looking to surprise a friend and she’s in the group.” jiyoo had hoped that jaejoon wasn’t able to recognize her, forgetting that she had already debuted.

“Cut it out already, ugh,” Jiwoo moaned, a shiver crawling up his spine every time someone—especially Jiyoo, who appeared enthralled by Jiwoo’s decision to have himself featured in an article—brought up the brief viral moment. It wasn’t anything he despised. Rather, he was embarrassed because he stood up for Dandelion and became the center of attention. Jiwoo handed her a cup of hot tea to help her get through the chilly morning. “Do you drink coffee or tea? I can grab you a smoothie, if you prefer it.”

It had come to a point when her newfound worry about the group’s repeated resurgence appeared unavoidable. After all, Jiyoo was the leader. If there was one thing they all had in common, it was a constant fear about how the group would survive their active and inactive periods, because every new youngster in the industry may now take over the viewers’ attention at any time. Jiwoo set aside some time to respond to her. He was terrible at making artistic observations, and he couldn’t predict what the future held for her and the rest of the group. Jiwoo had no say in what kind of notion they would offer to the world, but he would do everything in his power to make the members comfortable with whatever proposal was put forward.  “You’ve only been in the spotlight for about a year and you’re already concerned about that?” Why don’t you simply take it all in?“ Jiwoo suggested, placing the cups in the holders to ensure he could deliver them to the correct recipients.

jiyoo couldn’t resist giggling at the reaction for jiwoo. “never~” she replied in a singsongy manner. she was always like this, mature until she was in the presence of someone she was comfortable with. some have even said her behavior resembled one of a younger sibling at times. “i don’t think me getting coffee would be beneficial for anyone right now since i already have a lot of energy, so maybe some tea? any kind is fine, really.” she wasn’t necessarily the pickiest person. if jiwoo were to place a cup in front of her, she likely would’ve drank it with no questions asked about the contents. that was a hypothetical, of course.

“sorry, i think it’s in my dna to worry about anything that involves me” the never ending fear of proving her parents right and not being good enough in a career that wasn’t in their plans always haunted her. it made her obsessed with the idea of being perfect, watching her words and the tone behind them, and even controlling her facial expressions. she became a robot whenever there was a possibility of a camera being around her. it was all exhausting, but at the end of the day she doesn’t regret the path she chose. “i don’t think i can just simply take it all in. the moment i’m by myself and think about how we got our first win so quickly, i just feel the pressure that comes with the future. any other projects we do as a group, we have to measure up to the success, and if i do anything solo, i have to worry about doing well enough on my own since i don’t have the other members with me.” jiyoo doesn’t intend to be such a worrywart, but with success coming quickly for the group, it was unavoidable. “i’m happy the group is doing well. but basically i feel like there’s so much more we have to do now.”

“if it isn’t the manager who caught the eye of the public. how has today been for you?” even though the article came out nearly a month ago, it’ll take a while before she’d suddenly stop mentioning said article whenever she saw jiwoo. it was just humorous to see dandelion’s manager receiving attention, especially after she had mentioned something similar almost a year ago when she was recording heart attack. the fact she first met her manager nearly a year ago before he was assigned to dandelion was a crazy thought to jiyoo because the year has gone by so fast.

they had already built many memories together due to jiyoo’s chaotic tendencies, whether she randomly disappeared or attempted to annoy him. when she thought back on those memories, there were rarely any sad ones she could recall. the moments where she made herself vulnerable to others were rare, but jiyoo is only human. sometimes the anxiety creeps through the seams and slowly takes over the usual confident person that she was. “hey, do you think our next comeback will receive as much attention as peek-a-boo? or maybe we are a one hit wonder?" the group hadn't hit their one year mark and she was already afraid of failing. the becomings of the select trainees under their company were always in the back of her mind.

𝙩𝙚𝙖 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙤² –– with @wsyoojin

jiyoo isn’t hopeless when it came to cooking. in fact, the kitchen was a place she frequently was as a child, helping her grandmother out. she had years of experience, but whenever there’s a camera, it’s almost a guarantee that something would go wrong. The last time she attempted to bake on a live, she somehow mistook the salt for sugar. there was no way to recover from that mistake as she didn’t notice until she tasted it. that’s why she enlisted the help of dandelion’s main rapper, cho yoojin.

“yoojin, you ready to take on the world?” jiyoo asked the younger one, tying her apron tightly. “i have a feeling it’s gonna get messy, but maybe that’s because it’s me.” they purposefully planned to make something that jiyoo had virtually no way of messing up, but after what happened last time, jiyoo had little confidence in herself. “i gathered all of the ingredients and made sure to label them. no more salty treats, am i right?” the leader looked over at the other with a knowing look. Jiyoo may or may not have failed to mention her error in her last attempt and left them out where the other members could’ve eaten them. forgetting to throw the sugar ( if she could even call them that) cookies out was an honest mistake, but the reactions were kind of humorous.

hello all muns new and old! i’m so sorry for my absence on the dash and messages. i have been swarmed with real life problems but this upcoming week is the holidays so i should have a little more free time. with that being said, i’m putting a starter call up for both sunhwa and jiyoo that i was supposed to post 2 weeks ago! feel free to leave a like and i’ll either type one up or message you for ideas. he knew it. 

even with haeni doing her magic hands work on him, his hair was waaaay beyond saving. 

“don’t look at me!” he screeched passionately, with all the ashamed effort that he could ever bring to the table, hoping deep in his heart that haeni was nowhere near to hear the source of his shame. “it was..it was just a mistake….” he moaned, collapsing onto the table, sagging onto it as his hair flopped terribly upon his head. 

“i’m the joker.” he pouts at jiyoo, huffing testily as he crossed his arms grumpily. “laugh all you want for all i care! it was just a little cosmetic mistake! nothing haeni couldn’t..couldn’t fix..”he trailed off, threading his fingers throught his straw like hair. “see? it’s pink and blue. half and half.” he glared at jiyoo, almost daring her to say anything otherwise. 

“it’s fine.” he said loudly, more to convince himself more than her. “its’s perfectly, perfectly fine. so!” he cleared his throat as loudly as he could, attempting to divert her attention from him towards her. “what exactly are you?” he raised his brow almost disapprovingly, brows knitted as he tried to understand what exactly was jiyoo’s costume. 

she takes one long look at hyuk’s hair, and after a few seconds pass, her eyes slightly squint. it’s obvious she’s thinking, and whatever comes out of her mouth next she probably should’ve thought about before saying it. “hey...” her eyebrow twitches as she refrains from raising it in amusement. “isn’t the joker’s hair... green?” jiyoo was close to grabbing a strand from his head, but she had to remember that not everyone was used to her unusual tendencies. “yeah, isn’t harley quinn the one with half and half hair?  did you mix them up, or am i the one mixing them up?” she pauses before shrugging. she didn’t care that much anyway. it had been years since she watched or read anything related to superheroes. 

“either way, it’s a hot mess so i guess you’re pulling it off somewhat. bless haeni’s heart because that truly looks like a catastrophe. I could do a better job than whatever your first attempt was. hell, maybe even a child could. but don’t let my comments kill your confidence. i’m sure this won’t be your first msitake i laugh at.” not that she was going to brag, but jiyoo believed she had a natural gift for styling, dying and cutting hair. she did cut her hair right before her debut and it looked decent enough that she didn’t get into huge trouble for doing so.

“i’m- it’s a long story. it depends on how much time you have. long explanation, i’m my mother, but short explanation, i’m the grim reaper. see my scythe?” a smile overtakes her face as she jokingly swings it at the older one. “pretty good for a last minute costume, am i right?”

Jiyoo was enjoying the halloween party. It was wishbone’s first ever party, and also her first as an idol. She had longed for a moment like this, planning her costume evrry year as she watched the idols from yuseong dress up. This was what she considered to be a perk for being an idol. Jiyoo was getting a taste of what it was like to be an idol and she was loving every moment of it. To find her in the corner of the room with her hood hanging over her face was not surprising. She had to get into character, of course.

in the midst of her roleplaying of what she believes the grim reaper would do, she had noticed an oddly familiar figure move out the corner of her eye. her attention immediately averted to the figure, unsure if exactly who it was because of the costume. A few steps closer, and a loud laugh escaped out of her mouth. She is unsure if he wanted to stay hidden, but she had spotted him and had to say something. 

The corners of her mouth are slightly upturned as she glanced over at the soloist. They had a good junior/senior relationship in her opinion. “Well, if it isnt Wishbone’s old man jaehyuk. What are you supposed to be?” She quirked up an eyebrow, interested in what the other would say.
