For my BBW lovers
S O U T H A F R I C A
THERE IS A LESSON TO LEARN HERE.
Truth.
Growing up I used to hear that itâs not what you say, but how you say it! Well, thereâs no denying that! But Iâve also heard is that truth is a hard pill to swallow! And that too is true, depending on your mental gag reflex!
It is a hard truth to accept that many of my people are happy being a servant in our oppressorâs system, but a truth I must accept! Often, it seems like my people could care less about the knowledge being born to them. In some cases, those youâre striving to wake up are actually upset that you are doing your best to wake them up!
Some even HATE YOU! Hate doesnât have to manifest in rudeness though most times it is. It can come across in contentious commentary...or sassy sarcasm. The most sophisticated haters come at you real smooth to prove their point! Smmfh! Good, bad, or indifferent...there are TOO MANY Black people/African people (whatever you go by) that think just like the European does and DONâT EVEN KNOW IT!
To convince them that they have some of their oppressors ways just makes it worse! I do this for certain people. Thereâs a small percentage of people who truly want to be awakened and can handle certain information...while the masses sleep walk thru their existenceâconsciously.

An unfortunate truth. đŁ
ââWhatâs going on between the Black man and the Black woman is that neither of us understands how white supremacy works. How it is messing with us as individuals. How it juggs with us when we try to get together to establish something that is called a family. We try to form this thing called family, looking at the magazines and reading how families are supposed to function. But when we canât duplicate that, frustrations build, which leads to the alienation that exists between Black men and Black women. All because we donât understand the system. We think weâre living in a democracy and since weâre Americans determining our own destinies, it must be that as individuals we are imperfect. But itâs hard to say that âI am the imperfect one,â so you start to blame the other person. So itâs the âno good Negro maleâ or the âno good Negro femaleâ and âwhat I need is a white woman.â Society plays that up. âRight, Julia, you donât need a Black man. All you need is a white man to give you a job.â Or in the movies, 'Black man, you donât want a Sapphire, what you want is a white woman.â Or, 'Black man, it isnât cool being a man, what you really want is to be a womanââŠThe Black man knows that it is easier to be a Black woman than it is to be a Black man any day, because we are not a threat. The system understands that in order to oppress Black people it has to oppress the men. Let the woman do what they want, within limits. I donât mean that you are unoppressed as a Black woman, but you are not the prime target.â Frances Cress Welsingâ

Yep. The Master Teacher spoke #truth here.

If you know who Emmett Till is please reblog.
Iâm trying to prove a point to my dad.
We know who he is. His death is the primary reason why Iâd never f*cked around with white women.
Ainât this some truth.

Canât front or lie: this is the 2nd dumbest shit that black women do to their hair. Blonde hair is number one.
Daryl Davis is a Chicago blues musician, who uses his friendship with KKK to convince members to leave this organization. He successfully persuaded 25 former white supremacists that thereâs another way. Davis has his own strategy, he explains and talks to people in more than friendly way, that allows to prevent usual misunderstanding.Â
âThey may be yelling and screaming or pounding the table, but at least theyâre talking, theyâre not fighting.â
Davis choose to disarm them with polite conversation and smile. And this worked out.Â
It doesnât mean heâs anti-Black, he just chose his own path. No need to spread fake facts. This is very important!
#StayWoke
He dismantled every KKK group in his entire state by merely befriending the individual members.
Look how effective his method was compared to screeching at people and calling them buzzwords.
re-reblogging because holy shitÂ
why do people just outright lie about this stuff
do they think nobody will check
And Darylâs case nobody wants to see better way of fighting racism.
I saw his little documentary thing. I dont agree with everything he says, but he gets other black people so mad by implying that violence is not the answer. Like people were raising their voices at him and threatening him when he said âpeople can changeâ.
This came shortly before the âpunch a naziâ popularity. Everyoneâs suddenly forgotten that opinions can be changed. That violence doesnt actually change their minds. Discussion does.
Most of the people who praised him now think his methods could never work. Even though we know they have. Heâs gotten over 200 people to leave the KKK and change their minds about race. By himself.
Theyâre just too filled with bloodlust for people who donât think like them or too lazy to put in the time having relationships with people who arenât carbon copy clones of their each and every belief. Thatâs all.
There was one knob-end on reddit in /r/blackfellas who claimed white people were âmisrepresentingâ Davis actions, that Davis was a âmagical negroâ who was going to be held up as an example to black people.
https://old.reddit.com/r/ShitPoliticsSays/comments/714hh8/umach2_takes_to_rblackfellas_to_express_his/
Then he went and yelled at Davisâ in his AMA, IIRC. Davis says he gets a lot of crap for his actions.
I like how the folks who say things like that donât realize Davis is held up as an example to everyone, not just black people. Like a lot of bigots, they assume everyone is as bigoted as they are.
Good on him for actively seeking out people who hate him and befriending them. But a lot of people donât have the mental fortitude for that. Holding him up as an example of how everyone should deal with bigots spewing hate is not always helpful.
The people who seem to hate him also tend to hate the idea of just walking away from bigots. Not giving them the attention they crave. Some of his critics are outright antifa supporters, which is actively counterproductive.
Itâs a great thing that this gentleman is doing, heâs truly noble and honorable and worthy of praise and respect.
Itâs also frustrating and infuriating that black people have to negotiate our humanity with our oppressors and reason with white folks who hate us simply for existing, hoping to appeal to their humanity and convince them to find it in their hearts to consider us worthy of life and peace. And if we donât want to do this because we donât think racists are worthy of our time, or if we grow tired of trying to reason with people whoâd see us dead and buried for no reason at all, we can always expect to be talked down to and lectured by âwell-meaningâ MSNBC liberals who think we all should have the same unending patience as Daryl. I mean it shouldnât be our job to ensure the redemption of those who wanna lynch us bc weâre so busy trying not get murdered by cops unjustly, but apparently it is.
We literally donât owe Klansmen a debate on our existence. This man is doing a great thing and I hope he continues. But we all arenât him and to expect us all to bottle up our justified anger and to put the burden of rehabilitating racist white people on US is utter bullshit. But itâs also expected from white people, though.
Just about every person in the thread above, who are making the argument that black people should try âbeing nicerâ to the fucking KKK - theyâre white guys who regularly blog about inalienable gun rights under the #gunblr tag. So LOL pardon me for not taking âfriendlyâ advice from a racist gun nut.
Any white person who tells black people to expend even more of our valuable time and energy, and be nicer to racists, because maybe, possibly, perhaps, you just might that one in a million lucky negro who change their minds? That person isâwittingly or otherwiseâa White supremacist, telling black people to be more docile and obedient, even in the face of extreme racism.
Hereâs my honest $0.02 about this: While Bro. Davisâs actions may be sincere (though, this story and matter reaks of a manufactured semblance of peace between the races. Either from the government or the U.S. wealthy/oligarchy), I highly doubt the transformation of those white men and women that âabandonedâ the KKK. The primary question one has to ask is: âDid they abandon their white supremacist ideology?â My speculative answer is âNo.â. Itâs waay better to see and know your enemy than not to know.
