Pardon the hair and the late upload of my three month's progress..... a lot has been up lately and its crazy good but not so great keeping up with my busy schedule! Ok the results are of a lost of 5 lbs this month ended me at 163. Not a big difference but I have been getting more and more complements on slimming down! Which is a plus! Still a long way to go til 135lbs, but now I should refocus on more weights. Cardio is definitely there for me so I need to rebalance it toward building muscle.
