So everyone has different body types. Endomorphs, Ectomorphs, and Mesomorphs. I happen to fall under the Endomorph somatotype which basically tells me that I can gain weight easily and have a harder time losing it. Ectomorphs are the thinner types who have trouble gaining weight. The Mesomorphs are pretty much the gods, easily can gain weight or lose weight but the figure is typically still muscular. As an endomorph, it can get tiring working hard and feel like you're getting nowhere. The top picture was taken a month ago. The bottom was today. It may look like nothing but I can tell you that the bottom picture, I weigh 10 more pounds than the top, my pecs are forming better than they ever have, the love handles are slowly disappearing, and I've got more glutes 😉😉😉. So regardless of your type, everyone can achieve their goals. I'm not at my goal, yet. But I can tell you I'm not giving up. Ever.
