I’ve been playing Dream Daddy, a dating game where you play as a dad trying to romance other dads. It’s not perfect, but it’s incredibly sweet and heartfelt, and it’s something I really like. Of course, I was itching to make dolls of the characters so here’s Amanda Ann, the main character’s daughter.

My base doll is the Fashionistas Style so Sweet doll, which happened to use ALL the parts I wanted for Amanda which was a petite body, a Mbili sculpt head and in the Tropic Tan skin tone. Her hair was slightly too dark, but I’m super lazy and it’s close enough for my tastes.

Surprisingly I already had matching hair for her bangs via my Endless Hair Kingdom doll, so I plugged in a thick row and styled it. I was gonna cut her ponytail shorter but the hair sticks up so I gotta make concessions with the medium.

Her bomber jacket is actually from an Action Figure female and I got this jacket over a decade ago so I’ve always held onto it cuz it means a lot to me but I never found the right doll. It’s fully lined with a working zipper so it looks a tad bulky, but it’s the closest item I have without making it myself. She’s wearing a thrifted tank top I painted over and MTM leggings cuz none of the jeans I had looked right. And her choker is from a Fashion Fever doll lol.

She’s not perfect by any means, but I’m really digging how well she came together considering it takes me months to even get a vaguely correct looking outfit together.

Only some raiders start coming for your stuff. You have a shitty pipe pistol. So you ask the only people you can, the Minutemen.

And they send this… person. They’re dressed weird, even weirder then that Hancock dude that runs Goodneighbor. They’ve got this odd look in their eyes. They kinda look like they’ve not slept in 4 or 5 days. But they say they’ll sort it, so you go back to your day to day drudgery.

Only, a day or four later, they come back. In the night, still stinking of other people’s blood and their own sweat. And the first thing you know of it is being woken from your sleep to a shadowed figure leaning over you, whispering ‘I took care of those raiders like you wanted’

My doggo, Ezri, who rarely barks and mostly borks.

When I got her, she’d been abused and would cower and pee at almost everything, and had been mistreated when she’d barked, so she never would. One day months after I had her she got excited on a walk and borked at a bird, and then immediately cower-peed. I had to re-teach her to bark by gathering her whole human pack and having everyone bark and howl and feed her treats and pet her till she got excited enough to join in, and then got more treats. Took a while but I was able to teach her to bork on command (and she’s gotta be excited or she just stares at me like “Sorry, the bork system needs charging”) and she’ll do it happily when she’s excited to go for a walk or upon seeing a friend, and at birds. I love her croaky borking, especially when she started off terrified of making a joyful noise.
