I know when you're a system, especially if you haven't been lucky enough to get a formal diagnosis yet, the self-doubt is inevitable.
I think one of the best ways to deal with this is to ask yourself "who am I doing this for?"
A lot of people fakeclaim those with DID under the idea of they're doing it for attention, so here's some scenarios where you'd ask "who am I doing this for?"
When you're about to sleep, and you're talking to your alters and telling everyone that you need to go to sleep: who are you doing that for?
When you're blurry and blendy during the day, not really sure on who you are: who are you doing that for?
When the dissociation is too heavy to do anything and you need to take a break from school or work: who are you doing that for?
If you're someone who gets pseudo seizures/tremors during dissociation that is uncomfortable and scary: who are you doing that for?
When you hear an unfamiliar voice, similar to one you've seen in media, and it causes you dismay because you don't want another fictive: who are you doing that for?
As you can see in each of these situations it is ridiculous that you would be faking because what would you have to gain? And self doubt is a guarantee it's almost part of the diagnostic criteria due to the dissociative amnesia. But remember whenever you're in that spiral of self doubt ask yourself
Appreciating being a system is not at all sign of faking the disorder.

I appreciate the people within in our system and everything they've done for our collective wellbeing, and the fact our system exists because it is the reason that we are able to talk about it as an adult. We probably wouldn't be here if it weren't for it.

Israel didn’t blow up every single pager in the state of Lebanon. They targeted a specific shipment of pagers ordered by Hezbollah, and distributed to Hezbollah operatives. If someone was holding one of those pagers, they were a Hezbollah operative or took it from a Hezbollah operative.
3000 civilians have not been injured, they were Hezbollah members. This wasn’t an indiscriminate bombing. It targeted Hezbollah members only. Hezbollah has been indiscriminately firing thousands of rockets into Israel for a year though. Do you care about that? How many of you spoke up about the massacre in Majdal Shams, perpetrated against Israeli Druze by Hezbollah? Eleven children were killed. Did you speak up about that? Or do you only care about children when you can vilify Israel?

You believe that everyone injured or killed in the pager bombings was part of Hezbollah not because you have any evidence, cause frankly you don’t, you would’ve attached it already. For anyone into North Asian and Central Asian folk music, there's this incredible Siberian folk-pop band called Otyken! The group is mostly women and they're from multiple indigenous groups in Siberia, with songs being sung in their range of different languages. They're so much fun and their music videos are amazing!
