Going back to Zeebrugge this time, to document the struggle of refugees trying to cross the channel towards a better life in the UK. This beautiful young girl, who I met in the camp of Duinkerke, was all smiles and jokes, right until I pointed my camera at her, then she got this vert serious and 'lived' look in her eyes. It amazed me to feel that this girl had been trough much more than I could ever imagine. How can any government deny a young and innocent child like this the chance for a safe and prosperous future? .
