sorry but uhm.. mayonnaise is made with raw eggs + oil + vinegar/lemon juice (ev.) + salt...? as a kid I used to eat "zabaione/zabaglione" (=eggnot/egg flip? Idk the translation) as a snack sometimes: my mother took an egg, broke it in a cup, added sugar and mixed it all up until it became a cream... sooo good! (adults version has a bit of wine in it as well) not to mention when preparing cakes and having parts of eggs left... yum! :D
