Love Is What We Are Born With. Communication Is Not It's A Skill To Deve...

Feeling Sad... Sadness is one of the basic human emotions that we all have as a person. The crucial point is the choice. Totally up to us to use emotion or being used by it. Since what we think and perceive would relate to emotion - what we feel - getting to know and clear about what mind is saying in word holds the key for healing. Communicate with words - especially expressing Emotion - is a useful skill that enhances the quality of life, and everybody can learn, and gain own personal power. I realized that not too many places teach this useful skill for an adult to being able to communicate emotions in an ideal manner. I was lucky enough to learn the method, and developing my skill that helped me a lot easier to manage and heal the emotional energy which used to be charged up and stored inward fed dis-ease. I am planning to facilitate an online class for Practical Communication for Effective Emotion Expression in a small number of group work.
