Hit this week HARD. 5 days hit and still feeling good. Today was a quadie day and I will be feeling it all weekend. I avoid the scale, until my InBody’s monthly but I see physical changes. The booty has been bootying and really filling out my pants. I also feel more comfortable showing midriff in the gym now where a few months ago I would rarely not wear an oversized t shirt.

I lay awake waiting for the sun, remembering all the good. Knowing that life may look different by the time the sun sets next. And yet now, I thank my past self for letting this day take so long to get here. To appreciate the time I’ve had, so that I can love boldly the times to come.
