The ship that houses my OCs in my Alienated AU. Now I can draw my characters in consistent settings! Basic concept, as exterior is in drafts yet, and interior would have more details that make it personal - Ilayam’s room is full of plants, Ma’deh’s is a mess, and Xa’reth’s and Talvex’s room is basically like a THIRD lab on this ship haha.

Max Steel Reboot & HTTYD Crossover GO!
Based on poll winners. I tried not just make new designs, but blend Steel into style of dragons, not creating smth over the top. Mostly flat colors with minimal shading, as I wanted to post them as soon as possible, to finally conclude the March.
Warning: scarring & eye trauma
1. Razorwhip
Smol, bc why not. He’s still as metal as other Razorwhips, but he’s a darker shade of grey than we see in the show. Max’s outfit is implied to consist of fancy elements, such as tunic with the coloured collar, and nice belt, to reflect the fact he’s from a (relatively) loaded household.
2. Armorwing
People voted for big dragon, so I made a big dragon. This time Steel’s design is not that simple. I imagine him to have smth like a partial melanism, so his coloration is still mostly dark, with patches of scales exposing the bright coloration that lays under black-dark grey shades.
Also, ALL of dragon Steels designs I made have the scar, to reflect his accident and one eye. U just can’t see it on the first one lol.
Redesigning Max armour to look like HTTYD was challenging but fun, I ended up taking inspiration from actual Viking leather armour, that here combines with metal plates, and chain armour belt.
3. Smothering Smokebreath
Steel here is just so pretty, def my favourite. He’s exactly like show’s design is, just lighter on top, and with more bright blue undertone (which show’s design has too, just dark storm blue). Cameo of the sword a second time! Max’s outfit is supposed to simpler and cheaper here, tho armoured boots and chain armour belt imply him doing dangerous labour.
4. Poll’s fourth place, as well as the holder of my own vote - Light Fury! I didn’t do a base, but still couldn’t resist making smth simple, as for a while I’ve been inspired by many HTTYD artists reimagining Light fury design, making all details they have actually visible.
Here Steel too got too much melanin in his pattern, so I still imagine him as a Light Fury. But u can call him Night Light too I guess.

And I couldn’t resist making my babies in Castle Cats! With some concept ideas for Tier 3 outfits.
My Castle Cats OCs (bc now there’re MANY hahaha) got a family tree! And a generous entry on Toyhouse. Each cat in this tree is going to get their own Toyhouse profile once I’m done with my pets (one down, one more to go done here) and draw all the cats for icons.

Castle Cats Oc!!!
It took me nearly 10 fucking hours to figure out how to draw the jelly/slime/gummy texture in the shape of a cat TwT
Silly little game got me out of my art paralysis (and focus on studies 😬) because I loved one character so much i needed an oc to interact with them. Anyways, tips and advice for gummy/jelly/slime would be greatly appreciated.
I’ve been OBSESSED with this OC of yours, it’s just soooo cool, and feels so in-game, that for a moment I thought you are drawing actual new playable cat. I couldn’t resist making a hero book entry too! Gummy is just so adorable. So here’s my take (with just a few personal touches to complete immersion into the game):
As a beginner artist myself, I’m also spending HOURS trying to draw new textures. I simply looked at jelly, and tried to imitate the blobs of darkness-lightness, to see how they follow the shapes of jelly object. I actually wanted to push the contrast even more, to define dark and light shapes, give sharper edges. But chickened out bc it got way too different from texture you depicted. I guess I push for more clear jelly, and ur jelly is opaque. My main tip will be: more bright highlights. More DEFINED highlights too. They make ur jelly pop!
I’ve made a Toyhouse!
Someone very generous has provided me with a code after I whined a little on my alt account, and I’ve begun to fill it in.
A long way to go, but the start was laid out, starting with my Castle Cats OC Coral, and her family.
I’m looking forward to fill it with my Avatar OCs and Max Steel OCs that I create for chapter 4 of my Max Steel infodump fic!

Next, after more Castle Cats OCs, would probably be my pets, as I’ve seen other creators do, and I thought it’s a great idea!

JJK Official Characters Colours
As many of you know, it’s been revealed that jjk characters have official colours. A list has been provided. Limited, but enlightening. Based on official merch, I’ve gathered all colours that are assigned to the cast, as many as I could find.
