Emilia got too important at work (was framed for murder to implicate her boss)

The characters are from Sunset Phoenix, my Action/Mystery/Modern Fantasy webtoon about the murder of an immortal and the two lesbians that get framed for it

We won people!! 🏳️‍🌈🎉

AND IT WILL BE ANIMATED??? This is literally everything I ask for!!!! (pleasedon'tbecancelledpleasedon'tbecancelled).

Okay, since this will be an animated show, I think they have a great opportunity to play a lot with the, visuals especially for the story's development (I know it sounds a little obvious, but I saw animated shows throwing good oportunities to the trash 😞. I trust that TJ trust the people handing his baby thought).

I mean, imagine the city, with its perfect lines and shapes, its muted colors almost black and white, its citizens also wearing these colors, creating an immaculate image, but giving off a much colder and duller vibe.

Now imagine the island, full of vibrant colors that vary in tone, with imperfect but beautiful structures, and the people who live or visit the place being just as colorful and cheerful. It would be interesting if, when Linus first arrives on the island, his colors didn't change (the lighting might, but his palette would remain muted like the city's), creating a strong contrast between him and the island (aside from the children, Arthur and Zoe, of course).

And as he begins to grow fond of the island and its inhabitants, his palette gradually brightens, so that when he returns to the city, the contrast is stark, as he appears much more colorful, indicating that Linus no longer belongs there. By the end of the book, he is as vibrant as the island he fell in love with.

Here's a little doodle to example that change (also, I added a beard to colorfull Linus because I thought it would look cool on him~)

I finished reading "The House in the Cerulean Sea" yesterday, and it was the most beautiful thing I've read this year (I almost cried a couple of times because of how much I loved the characters ;w;). I can't wait to get my hands on the sequel!! (I'll probably buy it as a Christmas present, hehe).
