also, I finally finished painting and setting up my new trinket shelf

+ bonus pic pre-tape removal and some close-ups of the sides

#JT draws #painting #diy craft #traditional art #this thing took forever to finish. i ended up redoing the green pattern like five times bc it kept fading with the varnish #i also attached the little claw hanger things on the back myself without smashing my fingers with the hammer thankfully #my partner used mod podge to help me smooth down the stars and i would rly like to bring attention to the wonderful job they did #it's an old drawer organizer i got at a garage sale bc i saw it and decided it would fit my partner and I's gashapon figures perfectly #but yay yippee it's finally done

Hello everyone! And a special hello to @sarcasticscribbles! Boy-howdy is it always a bit terrifying to tag artists you really look up to.

This is my last-minute submission for the #SophArchives contest that is ending today! Quincy and Thalia really captured my heart from the moment I first saw them both, and I wanted to do my best to capture their combined essence. I like to think Quincy really did get to be a part of her love and muse, in the end.
