What are you doing to cause so much noise in the first place?
Well, that’s a rather personal question...
Only joking. I’m not doing anything out of the usual! Y’know, sobbing and wailing over Star Wars. Can I be blamed for that?

Oh wow, it sounds like you are having all kinds of fun. Is the noise just from you trying to unpack or are you making some other kind of noise? If it’s the former, your neighbors need to calm down.
Oh, yes. I’m having all sorts of fun breaking my back with all of these boxes, and coming by little trinkets that remind me of things I’ve blocked out of my mind. Perhaps you should join! I can hardly blame them...I know I’m a nuisance.
My younger sister made me an account on a dating app as a New Year’s prank, I feel so tempted to keep using it just to see her face.
If she wanted to help you find a potentially psychopathic and emotionally unstable girl to date, she should have just lead you my way. I’m kidding...slightly. I’m far past potentially psychopathic.
Kidding, again. This isn’t the best introduction to try and make a friend, is it?

Oh my god! I would never eat soup naked. That sounds scary!
Hey! Refrain from the judgemental tone! I abused my power, I won’t make the same mistake again. It gave me a pretty gnarly scar, though! I change up the story whenever people ask...far too embarrassing for me to relive.
I had to work all New Years Eve and the first week of New year. Now I am going to take tonight and tomorrow to have my belated new years eve. Next week I am going to London to help the London branch with their transition. I guess working New Year’s Eve isn’t so bad when you get a free trip abroad at the end of it.
Working New Years Eve, through to the New Year? Sounds...dreadful. Though, it looks like I may be getting myself into the same schedule, assuming I don’t screw up majorly and get myself fired in the next year. London, though? How fun! Not nearly as sunny as it is here, though. Take it from me, skip out on the tank tops and stock up on coats. Here if you ever need a travel companion! (Kidding...maybe.) (No I’m not, take me. Please.)
God, I love my apartment. I also love living alone. It’s freeing and I can eat cereal in my underwear.
I, too, thought that was a wonderful idea. Though, once you substitute cereal with scalding hot soup that you spill all over yourself, with no barrier of protection whatsoever..? Turns out NOT to be the best idea.
First night in this apartment and I’ve been told to shut up multiple times already, by my upstairs, downstairs AND next door neighbour. Oops..?
The question now is if I should listen, or be petty and purposely make unnecessary noise. What to do, what to do.

A New Beginning ; Juniper & Eirlys
Eirlys had a very big hangover, something that wasn’t entirely uncharacteristic for the blonde girl given her love for the nightlife. With sunglasses perched on her nose and a coffee in her hand, all her thoughts were of grabbing McDonalds and burying herself in greasy food. Obviously she needed to walk Barney too and her old man was happy to trot alongside her and she definitely got the sense that he was judging her antics. “I’m an adult okay?” Eirlys mockingly huffed at the beagle who simply responded by bumping up against her legs in a clear demand for petting. “Ugh, you’re lucky that you’re cute kiddo,” She sighed again before giving in and fussing the top of his head.
They’d taken a casual stroll around, coming back with greasy food in hand and were on the way back. For all of LA’s reputation as being fitness crazed, green things were the one thing that you could never sell Eirlys on. That was when she saw the girl and her things falling over the floor, while people were people and seemingly were content on going about their day. Pushing her sunglasses up on top of her forehead and squinting with annoyance at the light, the blonde hurried over to see if she could help. “You okay?” were the first words to fall down from her lips as she knelt down to try and help.
She reached down, Barney’s lead looped around her arm as she did her best to gather some of the girls things up. Handing a few to her, Eirlys offered her a sympathetic smile. “I did the same thing when I moved into my apartment. I packed a metric fuckton of books into my boxes and bam all over the floor,” She let out a laugh, “I felt like a numpty though, don’t think I could help it though. It happens, especially around here,” She glanced around, trying to see if there was anyone with the girl - like her parents had been with her. “So first apartment?” Eirlys asked “Or?” She let the question hang in the air.
Having caught sight of a helping hand, Juniper had been quick to lift her head up, lips spreading into an appreciative grin. Shyly, and out of habit, the girl had tucked back a strand of her knotted hair, hoping to look the least bit decent. She had been beyond exhausted, and she was sure she looked just as much. It hadn’t exactly been the first impression she wanted to make; looking like a mess. “Yeah...yeah, I’m okay,” She had managed to get out. “Thank you.”
Managing to shove her belongings back into the tattered box, Juniper had released an exhale of relief. The audible noise of the sigh had soon been cut off by a snort of a laugh, however, brow quirking as she met the blonde’s eyes once more, “A...metric fuckton? Interesting unit of measurement.” She stood once more, dusting off her clothes as she responded to her words with a nod. “First anything here, actually. I’m new to the area,” She explained, “So far I’m not quite sure how I feel. You’re the first person to so much as even glance at me.”
Juniper, having finally noticed the stranger’s rather impatient canine companion, had bent down; eyes bright and grin dimpled as she scratched at his chin. “Hey, buddy,” She cooed in a high pitched voice that had been commonly used for small children, “Sorry for disturbing your walk, I’m a bit of a clutz.” Ruffling at his fur, she had straightened herself back up, offering a hand out to the female, as she now only realised she should have done the moment it was unoccupied, “How rude of me. The name’s June.” Juniper Shaw had been a name unheard to her for quite some time, the girl having decided the moment she had left her childhood home that she wouldn’t be known as such. She wanted to break free from the constraints of her past.
A New Beginning ; Juniper & [Your Character].
Wiping the sweat off of her brow, Juniper had released a heavy exhale, stepping foot out of the building she now called her home. She had one hand upon her forehead, shielding her hazel irises from the bright rays of the sun, the other upon her hip, as she allowed her curious gaze to explore her surrounding environment. Her observances fascinated her; from the abundance of people rushing about mindlessly like ants, to the vibrancy of colours splattered everywhere, the noises that caused her senses to go into overdrive. It was nothing alike to her homeland, the dreary Scotland in which she grew up in. The thought made her stomach twist, a feeling which she couldn’t quite determine was out of excitement, or complete anguish.
With a rather sudden, deafening honk of a horn, the girl had been quick to snap out of her thoughts, nearly jumping out of her skin. She turned her head in search for the source of the noise, only to be met by the gaze of the much too impatient (and much too unhelpful, now that she thought of it), worker. “Are you gonna get the rest of your stuff, or not?” The male snapped, making evident his ill temper. Having not been one for conflict, she had merely kept her head down and moved off to collect more of her items from the back of the truck.
Equipped with an overflowing box cradled upon her hip, Juniper had spun around; apparently much too quickly, for the frail cardboard material had given out, and spilt its contents upon the pavement before her. Los Angeles had lived up to its reputation, not a single bystander so much as batting a lash as they stepped over, and in some cases, stepped upon her items. “Hey!” The girl had exclaimed, quick to fall upon her knees as she attempted to gather her belongings. “Christ,” She muttered underneath her breath, head shaking. She had barely been there a day, yet the place seemed to be rejecting her already.
