I know I'm not that interesting, but don't get me so hyped up for a ship then abandon the fucking blog.

As much as it pained him to leave Sensui for even one instant, even if Minoru didn’t want him remotely around him at the Hanging Neck Island hotel where they were doing reconnaissance on Yusuke Urameshi, Itsuki decided to leave the orator be (albeit at Minoru’s absolute insistence) and catch a little fresh air between tournament matches. He put the jacket of his vintage blue Issey Miyake suit, the very same suit Sensui had caught him in all those nights ago, back on as he stepped outside into the cool night air and onto the beach.

He spotted a familiar figure across the beach from him, female, with hair very much the same hue as his own, but lighter, and an equally aquamarine tail, wearing a black bodysuit with pink leg warmers and a pink shrug. He knew that it was Juri, one of the tournament announcers; he had no romantic or sexual interest in her, as his time was taken up entirely in that department by Sensui, but he was captivated by her fashion sense.

He walked until he was almost directly behind her. “I hate to seem untoward…but I must ask, where did you get that outfit? It suits you quite well.”

Startled by the sudden person behind her, Juri leaped forward about two feet and spun. The dragoness stared up at the man-- no, demon, and let out her breath,

"Spirits be damned, don't just sneak up on a girl! You could have given me a heart attack.." speaking of, she clutched her chest and tried to calm said racing heart. Eventually his words registered, and she blinked. Juri looked down at herself. Oh.

"Oh this old thing? I got it from the Ala Moana Mall in Honolulu, couple years ago when I visited home," she responded. And since he'd noticed her outfit, she noticed his. Oooh, Issey Miyake, very nice. Her tail wagged, and she offered a smile, "And you're sporting a nice outfit yourself, Mister..?"

Is the cold weather hard for you because you're used to living in a warm climate?

It's why I brought a tanning bed from Ningenkai to my apartment here in Gendara -- I tan for five minutes every morning to get my body temperature up. I guess 'Sea Serpent' meant that literally!"
