Yesterdays steps :)
I'll be running the Antwerp 10 Miles in a week so this was a lovely training :) feels good to be back on track!
Bought a fitbit!! Not every section is green but that’s because it had only arrived at 12am :) the thing is I NEED FITBIT FRIENDS, so if you want, you can add me! My email is [email protected] or ypu can just message me your emailadress :)
This is my wat of studying for the next 3 weeks, walking on my treadmill, i can get used to this!
i feel like a really need running in my life. i’m naturally a very stressed out person and now in my second year of college and problems in my personal life and love life i feel like there is something always screaming in my head and running really calms me down, it’s a great therapy to run without stopping, doing something you know you’re good at, but also knowing you can get better. it became like a second nature to me. it really gives me some time to think or to not think at all and to get rid of my energy and stress level.

time for a little update. i passed all my exams and we’re 2-3 months into school right now and i haven’t done a lot of running. i did another colorrun, i ran the race against nature, an obstacle run which i looove. i went running on my own a few times but as it’s getting colder outside i hate running. sooo the good news is..
WE BROUGHT A TREADMILL
i love love love running on a treadmill and it feels so good and now we have one at home so i’m having the time of my life. i run an hour everyday but it’s not always just running. mostly i walk fast or i switch between running and walking fast. it’s so much nicer to run inside rn bc it’s getting so cold and dark outside. PLUS i can study while i’m walking so it’s not a waste of time!!! (i’ll be posting pictures soon)
Just ran 8km! It's soooo hot in Belgium today but we went running in the shadow so it wasn't that terrible
Just checked my schedule, turns out i have to run 10 miles tomorrow! I'm sooo not ready bc i don't feel like i have trained enough for this even tho this is just a part of my training for my half marathon actually, we'll see!
Just came back from my 8km run! Getting ready for my half marathon in october 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
