’26.6.28 上の禰宜道、若宮神社にて

小雨降る明け方、禰宜道を歩きました。2日前から相当強く降った雨の影響で、小川や側溝なんかも水かさが増して、斜面の土砂も少し流れ出た様子。それだけに辺りのモイスチャー度はたっぷりで、気温も高くなく心地よいです。

若干霞も出た森の道をカメラ庇いつつ撮り進み、若宮神社まで来たところで雨が強くなってきました。神楽殿の軒下で雨宿りをすることにします･･

The living room is in the front where the large triangle and round window are. It's shaped like an A-Frame.

They must've strategically centered this tree in the window.

There's a loft above. Look at how there's a triangular opening in the wall and the beams go right over it.

The living room opens to the kitchen.

The kitchen is nice and straight thru, you'll find the dining room.

The dining room is the room thru the beams.

Down this hall, past another beam, there's a bathroom.

The loft above the living room has doors to a deck.

There's a bath on the left. Look at the cutouts in the wall.

The bath comes to a point.

The spacious main bedroom has sliders to a deck.

And, it also has a shower room ensuite.

The deck is nice.

This bedroom is used as a home gym.

Back down on the ground floor, this room is used as a home office.

This covered area is very nice.

Out in the yard.

Lots of area for gardening.

Chickens. This is a nice coop.

I guess this is a shelter for the dogs.

Look at this, they like to swim in the river on the property.

Silly Game Time: What are 3 places you'd like to visit? The more specific, the better!

(For Example: I want to visit South Korea, yeah, but more specifically, I wanna visit the giant statue of Yi Soon-Sin in South Korea.)

I want to go back to Amanohashidate in Japan. It's a beautiful little town with a beautiful view.

I'm so glad we accidentally booked a room in Kyoto prefecture instead of the city. Best mistake ever. I want to walk through the forested sandbar with the mystical trees again.

As for the other two, I don't know how specific I can get. I'd be fine with seeing the Eiffel Tower or Big Ben, but they aren't a dream trip. Though the Louvre is of interest to me.

Oh! I want to visit the Grand Canyon, not for the Grand Canyon itself, but for the trip. I want to stop in the middle of the desert at night and look at the stars without the light pollution.

And I want a good view of an aurora.

Ooh, but there's also Victoria Falls. Or Iguazu. Or Niagara. Seeing a waterfall like those would be incredible.
