10 random (still k-pop) things

I’ve been tagged by @likexiubaek to write 10 random facts about myself. Thanks for tagging me J :) and sorry it took me so long to reply.

As I am a k-pop blog after all I decided all of them have to be related at least a little bit to k-pop

1. My hair is somewhere in between Baekhyun’s dark purple and Joonmyeon’s silver-pink??? and also a little bit of navy blue in places???

2. I play the trumpet and I am really annoyed at the fact that there are no k-pop trumpet players. I really wanted to name my trumpet after one of them but it was not possible.

3. My sister invited me to a MYNAME concert and I just came back. Officially announcing I will stan this group till the end of my life, Gunwoo’s hair is the best and “Baby I’m sorry” is the saddest MV ever made

4. I am a sucker for slow tempo piano songs about love.

5. My life literally is divided into the pre and post k-pop area, because I changed so much thanks to k-pop (I’m pretty sure it was for the better) I don’t even associate myself with the person I was before.

6. I still hope that one day I will fall in love like Baekhyun and Chanyeol do in fanfics.

7. My sister often says I am like Joonmyeon at the first glance but have some of Kyungsoo’s characteristics as well once you get to know me.

8. I am one of those people that complained Wolf was shit when they heard it the first time and two days later said its their new favourite song.

9. I practiced judo when I was ittle but now (thanks to Baekhyun mostly) I really want to sign up for Taekwondo classes.

10. This blog, k-pop and you guys are the reasons I wake up happy and go to sleep with a smile on my face.

MYNAME Europe tour 2016

Oh my god guys I just came back from my first k-pop concert ever!!! MYNAME absolutely slayed and it was the best thing ever OMG!!!

Like I didn’t listen to them before much but live they are AMAZING. Its such a different experience acually seeing it in real life. Every single one of them is a killer singer and their dancing and outfits…I DIED WAY TOO MANY TIMES…

Just wanted to share some of my love for them because they are sooo unappreciated but they are awesome <3

Gunwoo - he is like one of the best singers ive heard (and seriously live he sounds way better than on recording) and sings the best background vocals. Also his hair was a blessing to this world.

Seyong - the swaggiest one. Did a lot of the talking and had a dance solo that slayed everyone...also his rap. Also everything else about him...

Chejin - omg so precious...the maknae and has like the cutest hairstyle ever with his fringe down. You could also see that he respected the fans so much when he talked <3

Insoo - did most of the talking and said so many qute things in English. Also was shirtless most of the performance. Abs and biceps 100% confirmed...and sings beautifully omg his “See you again” solo was much better than Puth’s

JunQ - his rap is perfect. When they sang a cover of “See you again” he was so much better than Wiz Khalifa could ever be. Also took his time to learn Polish words and said them randomly during the performance...

Overall live they looked even hotter than in MVs if this is even possible at all...oh god how am I going to sleep today when I just saw them standing like 5 meters away...Guys help

ALL K-POP MOODS (Nostalgia)

Wanna get into a nostalgic mood, throw yourself a pity party or simply feel like a character from a Korean drama that just broke up with her boyfriend/girlfriend?

There is nothing easier with the new ALL K-POP MOODS. A new list of K (and not only) songs will create a specific mood on request.

Jump into out nostalgia train by trying out one of the following ways and you’re sure to get some quality sadness going on very soon :)

1. Take an escalator going up while listening to Luhan’s “Medals”

2. Slowly walk along a train station listening to Winner’s “I’M YOUNG” and watching the trains come and go.

3. Queue in Starbucks and order a warm Caramel Macchiato listening to D.O’s/Kyungsoo’s “Crying out” (외침)

4. Wear a long cozy coat. Listen to Exo’s ”Miracles in December” while walking slowly along a busy street with an umbrella in the rain/snow.

5. Take a plane (might also be a bus or car) after sun down, sitting by the window and staring at the cities below (or passing lights) and listen to Z.Tao’s CROWN.

Okay so I started this series which I don’t know if Ill ever continue because its not really supposed to be funny (maybe sometimes but barely) and I don’t know if people will enjoy it at all :)

So generally it is just my list of suggestions for certain songs and situations that combined put me in a specific mood :)

hi i noticed that you always write lay/yixing, tao/zitao etc and i wanted to know why? its not really necessary so i thought there are some other reasons

Hah sure no problem :) an explanation coming right up

I do it because personally I prefer referring to them by their real names :) but I also remember the times when I was a new fan and didn’t know their real names yet. I could only recognize the stage names and I would get very confused if anyone started using their real names on fan websites.

So I mostly do it to both honor their real names but also to make it possible for people newer to the fandom to recognize who I am talking about and give them a chance to laugh a bit as well :)

Essentially its just a matter of personal preference really :)

So my first EVER k-pop song was Solo by C-Clown which I heard by accident when my sister was listening to it.

My first song sang by Exo was Open Arms which is absolutely amazing and makes me cry every day

My first proper Exo song was Baby don’t cry. All of the above hold a special place in my heart <3

16. Which Exo gif is your favourite?

This is from the Chinese version of Call me baby MV. And its like my forever favourite smile of his. Its so cute but sexy at the same time :o

I was really hoping for someone to ask this one :)

So in the Wolf MV there is this moment at 0:54 where Chanyeol sings. And when I watched it for the first time I heard him singing: “Hey, just animal style” So it stayed :)

26. What is your favourite color?

#003BF6 otherwise known as the TARDIS blue :) (Doctor who reference for anyone who doesn't understand)

It might not seem like it but I want to be a computer scientist? Preferably construct robots and Artificial Intelligence :)

Xiumin: I’m as positive as a proton that its chemistry.

Jongdae: Equations, proportion, symmetry, beauty, mATHS!!! Without geometry life is pointless

OMG OMG i can't believe this is happening :) i just hit 100 followers today in the morning :) thank you guys so sooo much ❤️

Again i would like to say huge thanks to @likexiubaek and @saigelachowski cause you're still at the top of my “Biggest fans” list and now that I’ve actually talked to you I can't thank you enough for being there for me whenever I'm in need of exo counseling hah :)

Exo in the zoo (2/2) (exo m)

Chen/Jongdae: knows well what he wants to see. Walks straight into the aviary. Finds owls. Takes out maths papers out of his bags. Slips papers into the owl cage. Asks owls to solve equations. Owls don’t do anything. Is very disappointed. Has to solve equations himself.

Luhan: plans his trip specially to see all animals with antlers. Finds no deer. Is disappointed. Inquires at the information desk. Is told that deer are not unique enough to be in the zoo. Requests a refund on his ticket. Decides to build his own zoo WITH deer.

Lay/Yixing: admires flamingos posing on one leg. Wants to achieve similar kind of perfection. Fails. Falls. Breaks his leg. Leaves the zoo in an ambulance. Never wants to look at flamingos again.

Xiumin/Minseok: loves butterflies. Would give his life for them. Sprays himself with perfume. Allows butterflies to sit all over him. Is very ticklish. Falls to the ground in spasms of laughter. Has to abort mission.

Tao/Zitao: receives gossip that zoo owns crocodiles. Is convinced crocodile skin makes supreme bag material. Tries to capture crocodiles into plastic bag. Falls into swamp. Drowns his bag and destroys designer pants. Sits in the water. Cries and waits for prince charming to rescue him.

Kris/Yifan: his dream is to roll like a buffalo. Visits the buffalo enclosure to learn from the masters. Lies on the ground and copies their movements. Is very good at it. Everyone mistakes him for a buffalo. Gets locked inside. Doesn’t complain. Gets to roll the night away.

Exo as teachers

D.O./Kyungsoo: an arts teacher. Only owns black paint. Lowers students grades for every color other than black present in their paintings. Raises grades each time students say the words “suffering” or “death” while drawing. Doesn’t use textbooks because thye are printed in color.

Suho/Joonmyeon: the principal of the school. Wears plaid jackets and shirts simultaneously. Has biscuits in his office. Invites all teachers for biscuits and tea. Students love him. Call him gramps. Often walks along the corridors with speakers and dancing Macarena. Everyone joins in. Even Kyungsoo.

Chen/Jongdae: teaches maths. Solves equations in free time. Lends materials to everybody. Provides free cookies for everyone. In reality is very evil. Encodes curse words and insults on bathroom walls with a cipher. Laughs mischievously in secrecy when no one can decipher them.

Kai/Jongin: a biology teacher. Brings dogs to school and uses them to teach anatomy. Has to restrain himself from playing with dogs during lessons. Dogs eat assignments, tests and important documents. Students like his dogs more than him. Tries to fix his mistakes by leaving dogs at home. Is miserable thought the whole day.

Chanyeol: a cleaning guy. Is too tall to fit in though most of the doors. Is very clumsy. Knocks over buckets of water on important documents. Vacuums important documents. Sets important documents on fire. Almost got fired by Joonmyeon multiple times. Has huge puppy eyes. Even Joonmyeon can’t say no to that.

Baekhyun: a P.E. teacher. Forces students to run pointlessly in circles just to see them suffer. In the meantime steals coffee from the staff room. Also steals his colleague’s cups. Doesn’t wash them. Hides them behind a potted plant. Waits for the someone to find and clean it up for him. Notoriously pretends he doesn’t know where all the cups are.

Kris/Yifan: a physics teacher. Is a safety freak. Checks whether sockets are aligned according to BHP regulations in free time. Walks around with a sound level meter during breaks. Checks if sound levels fit within the norm. Sound levels don’t fit within the norm. Activates fire alarm to evacuate the building.

Tao/Zitao: business teacher. Centers his lessons around analyzing the profits and costs of fashion companies. Mostly Gucci. Doesn’t want to apply to the school’s dress code. Wears miniskirts and ripped pants. But mostly miniskirts. Gets called into the principal’s office. Students steal his Gucci bag and use it as blackmail material to avoid tests.

Xiumin/Minseok: a chemistry teacher. Gets mad because school chemistry equipment is not pink. Spends time trying to produce pink chemical compounds. Organizes a club on perfume production in free time. Is very disappointed when no one turns up. Tires to drag other teachers into the club. Only Kyungsoo comes. Kyungsoo leaves as soon as he sees pink.

Luhan: a Spanish teacher. Has absolutely no idea what is doing. Doesn’t even know any Spanish. Pretends to speak Spanish by mumbling random words in Elvish whenever Joonmyeon comes to inspect the lesson. Dreams about working as biology teacher. Wants to teach about deer mating habits.

Sehun: a philosophy teacher. Doesn’t like to listen to people talk. Doesn’t like to talk himself. Organizes silent lessons during which students communicate in sign language. In the meantime contemplates the nature of life, universe and everything. Genuinely believes in love at first sight, aliens and unicorns.

Lay/Yixing: a history teacher. Obsessed with roman soldiers. Comes to school wrapped in white sheets and in sandals. All students faint. All teachers faint. Joonmyeon faints. Is left alone on the corridor among piles of motionless bodies. Couldn’t be happier.

I’m back after lotto dropped with some non-lotto related posts :) I will finish up the supermarket shorts and the zoo scenarios tomorrow or the day after that but for now have a completely new post from me :)

I hope you enjoy it and i’m sorry if I have been less active lately but I’m going off to university soon and need to prepare for that :)

This was hilarious!! I think I would get an A in Kyungsoo’s class, because I only paint with black painting. I also painted an upside down cross. Under it I wrote death. I would give that to him, and I am sure he would like it. Sehun’s class seems interesting. I would enjoy it.
