As i walk though the woods the fears sets in, deeper and deeper. my breathin comes shorter and shorter before funally it burns in my lungs and i realize iv been holding my breath. waitin for something. i close my eyes for  second and count to ten to slow my breathin when i feel a presence. i open my eyes to darkness. i see nothin. i scream but no sound comes out. i start coughing, choking on my own screams. i fall to the ground unable to help myself. my nails dig into the dirt as i struggle to breath. i feel them now as i start seeing spots in my vision; cold hands around my throat, squeezing tighter and tighter. i lash out behind my hoping i can free myself. i feel my nails dig into what seems to be flesh, but when i finally turn there is nothing there. i look down upon my hand and see on my hand there is blood dripping from my fingertips. before i think i find myself running. adrinaline running through me, urging me to run faster and faster! then suddenly the groung caves under me and i fall again. i scream and try to find something to grap on to but i see nothing. its to dark. all around: Darkness. then a sharp pain pierces my stomach.i can feel it protruding from my back and the blood draingin from the wound. i am stuck. i try to feel for groung or a way to lift myself off of whatever i had fallen on but i realize there is nothing there. i feel my life draining away slowly. drip, drip, drip...thats all i can hear.... then i realize im screaming again. i thrash and throw whatever is around me. it isnt until i finally calm down and open my eyes to see that i am in my room on the floor. i start to laugh, a nervous shaky laugh. i run my hand through my haor and realize something odd. i look down at my hand to see the crusted blood on my fingers...
