I'm fostering a baby pigeon. It's old enough to have been walking for at least a week but he was found near a place that has some chemical waste and was near a dead adult pigeon which was assumed is his parent he was sitting on one of those electrical boxes and I wanna clarify I wasn't the one who picked it up I just got woken up by my dad bringing it into my room and was like "you're starting college and majoring in zoology you know what to do with it" and I do in fact NOT know. I already gave it some seeds that are soaked in water and if anyone has any tips on how to take care of it please contact me! We already contacted my country's version of animal control and they said to either take him to where it was found (and risk it dying from inhaling concrete dust and dying from extreme heat and or some kind of poisoning from chemical waste) or foster it.
