have you ever noticed how in the Pure blooded theif ending in ItA, Reginald tells RHM To forget about the ruby Henry stole from them because it isn’t worth it, he’s more concerned with the Toppats being up and running. But in the Jewel Baron ending (where PBT is canon) Reginald is willing to use their supreme dominance weapon to completely wipe out Henry and the emerald (which would have been destroyed along with EARTH btw if Henry hadn’t made the emerald big enough to reflect the laser) all because he killed RHM.. Strange how his values shifted when it has to do with RHM’s safety.

Reginald also tells Burt quote “we can’t let him get away with this again, not twice!” Yet he showed a complete lack of interest in the ruby when RHM was hellbent on trying to get it back.. why does he care about the ruby now? why does he suddenly care about the emerald so much? Especially since (if Henry didn’t have the shrink n’ grow on him) he’d be willing to destroy Henry AND the emerald just to get revenge on him.

My theory is It’s clearly not about the emerald at all, it’s him trying to get revenge on Henry after killing RHM.
