I’ve never really seen a big girl naked before, and I just came across one of your beautiful photo sets, and just stopped in my tracks to admire it for a moment. As humans, or… as myself, at least, I am so curious about other people’s bodies, so this was such a special gift. Thank you for sharing yourself.

I don't think you're alone in this! You know what's nuts though? The average size in the us is a 16/18! My body type is suuuper common, but you wouldn't know it by looking at most media. I really think representation is important and I'm thrilled that we (plus size and straight size people alike) have extremely visible celebrities like Lizzo to see more and more. However I also think it's really great to take it on yourself to add diversity to the media you interact with!

I'm going to link some folks (in no particular order) on tumblr and on instagram (the two social media sites I use the most) that make me inspired with their art and personal style, things they have to say, and comfort and joy in their bodies. Recently i’m playing Darksouls 3, though it is not my type of game but it is WAY TOO BEAUTIFUL, its scenes, its characters. I make my best to stop myself from breaking my joystick. In 2013, the amazing artist Scott Campbell (Scott C.) was asked by Sony and Gallery 1988 to create a painting to celebrate one of the greatest television shows of all time. Entitled “Breaking Bad Upon the Mount,” the art captures nearly every meaningful character to ever appear in the series, with Walt and Jesse standing alone at the top. Limited to just 300 signed and numbered 16” x 20” prints, the piece does a brilliant job of showing the cascading effects of each characters’ actions and how the show never let any small detail go to waste.

Commenting on his artwork, Scott C. said: “I am a huge huge fan of this show, like most people, and going back and reliving all of the amazing moments and characters was a dream come completely true. I can’t even express how fun it was for me to draw all of these guys. My favorites to draw were Todd, Badger, Marie, and the ATM meth addicts. Most difficult for me to capture was probably Hank and Mike. Geez what a bunch. I hope you like it! And I hope you enjoy reliving the history of the show with me.” 🖼️
