Princess Anna (or should I say queen now??) Circa 2014-2016 I did one of those color palette challenges, where someone would pick a number that coordinated to a diagram of different sets of colors. Then the subject. Obviously, I see where some bits are incorrect with positioning etc. but it was a good try. Good effort! 😂

Circa 2013?-2015 This is a redraw I did of a Gaia art competition I did in the past. I remember how proud I was of this. Especially the redraw. I do see some issues with the body and where things sit. That tells me my eye improved, but the coloring I really like! Not bad past-me!

Practice, study, share for critique-- improvement comes from all of these put into motion. No one without the other. Hands tend to be one of those struggles for folks ( i used to be good at them, but i have neglected drawing until recently and happened to revert, oh no!) and myself nowadays.

I am thinking about trying my hand at actual full character-inspired designs. I always loved doing a redesign, but on a bigger individual!

Obviously, these aren’t really redesigns-- just creating lines where I want the article to line up for the utmost flattery. I am a cosplayer @kairaboucosplay and I have some stuff I am currently working on. Just waiting for the fabric-- but these were also in the future plans binder. i also did a “ makeup” test. Took a tracing of my face, then I put the hair, and “ makeup” on. Plus contour. Thought I would share, though.
