endo knows I struggle to love any aspect of my physical appearance, but have always loved the cluster of freckles I have on my upper forearm (posterior), a little below the elbow, so he gets a tattoo of them to have a piece of me that we both treasure on his person forever.

It would definitely impede on where he already has tattoos so either in a free space/gap surrounding current tattoos or my personal preference, he gets them on his face, on the cheekbone, below the eyes.
