oh hi im into nine inch nails now. every single time i come back to this app i have a new interest. you gotta do what you gotta do in order not to go insane am i right

anyways. look at him. i love that video (and the song ofc) so much that i was struck with a motivation beam and couldnt stop working on this until i finished it. they usually take at least a week to make. this took THREE DAYS. never understimate the power of arts&crafts when you're depressed.

oh how i missed drawing these two,, decided to work on this cause i believe that when you're feeling insecure about your art the best thing to do is redraw some old stuff. looking at them side by side really helps me to instantly feel a bit more confident cause. look at how far we've come!!! its still far from perfect but :') makes me happy know

a little personal update

figured this should get its own post so here we are,,,

basically i've been super inactive on my art accs mostly cause i pretty much lost all motivation to draw. had a rough couple of months regarding my mental health + started isolating from everyone + hated my art & anything i did. i was able to start working on myself a couple of weeks ago though!!! and im happy to say im currently doing so much better :)

i also havent been playing any games during these past months, but i finally picked up my joystick some days ago and i reconnected with that interest of mine. i suddlenly remembered how much i love my fav games!!

so as i said in my last post, i'm sure i'll start making videogame-related fanart again like i used to!!! though you shouldnt be surprised if u see some music stuff every once in a while. the only good thing i learned during this time is that doing band fanart is fun too lol, but not my main thing ><

anyways, i know i havent been posting nor interacting with anyone for a long while, so truly, thank you for sticking with me during these difficult times!!! i promise i'm getting myself together 💌 hopefully i can get back to being my silly artsy online self again soon. i miss that a lot (つω`｡)

ngl i've been thinking about making a side blog not art related. like just to talk about stuff & interact with other people and that stuff cause i want to keep my art a separate thing??? cause i really crave the experience of being in fandoms apart from being an artist yknow. also i love my irl friends to death but they dont really share the same interests as me (at least not with the same intensity lmao) so i think that might be a good way to share my thoughts,,,,,,,, and i think tumblr is the best place for that kind of stuff too so. yeah. but making new blogs from scratch is hhhhhhhhhhh. im too socially anxious for this. but it's smth to think about i guess

anyways i literally NEVER do realism,,, no idea what possessed me here. also no idea how many hours this took (A LOT) and made like 187392892 tweaks to it but im finally happy with how it looks. it was fun but im NOT doing this again lmfao
