I’m working on a series of short books about them so I’ll spare the spoilers but I wanna rant about my children:

Urff, Shelby, and Jason are unofficially adopted siblings. They met at 8-years-old and became inseparable ever since. Most of the story takes place when they’re in their mid twenties and experiencing adult life crisis.

Urff is a witch, very introverted, choosing to stay at home and work on her potions to sell online. Sometimes she’ll do seances or fortune telling for some extra cash. Younger customers are put off by her odd mannerisms but for some reason elderly customers adore her and find her very charming.

Shelby has decided that she will single handedly take on the role of the provider of the family. She claims to be “the only one mature enough around here to make it through adulthood” and she proves that by getting a stable job, securing a healthy romantic relationship, and paying all the bills. Only problem is, she keeps getting fired from every job she works, her many relationships barely last a week, and she’s always a month or two late on paying the bills. Seems like she’s all talk.

Jason is ridiculously lazy and he knows it. If he could smoke and whine every day of his life he would. Because of this, he’s constantly butting heads with Shelby. He honestly doesn’t have a lot going for him….other than Luna, maybe.

Luna is a princess, the third in line to the throne. She met Jason at 14 and he introduced her to the world of teenage delinquency. In their teenage years they ran around blasting obnoxious music, smoking their brains out, vandalizing buildings, and making shitty rock music. Now that they’re adults, and Jason has toned down, Luna still tries to keep that energy alive while also juggling her duties as a princess.
