i lost my most perfect little kitten one month ago. she would have been 11 months old now.

i cry almost every day for her. i miss her so much.

None of that would’ve happened with Clinton or Kamala. Not voting because you think they’re the same or being tired of democrats being uninspiring is the White Person moment. Everyone alive in the US needs to humble themselves that they were privileged and lucky enough to survive Trump’s first term, because a lot of vulnerable people aren’t alive to say the same. I'll add to this that even when both parties are deplorable (and perhaps similarly deplorable, though that is seldomly the case if you actually look into matters tbqh) on one or more issues, there are other issues. As some are finding out, dealing with a small handful of terribly handled matters is different from every aspect of a functioning society, and every social safety net being simultaneously dismantled. Republicans literally wrote a 925-page playbook for the dismantling and they are running those plays in real time. No, the parties are not the same.
